Sleeps 8 comfortably; Master suite with full private bath & king bed, Patio suite is private with 3/4 bath & 2 queen beds & TV, 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds and bathroom with tub & shower.

Lots of options for dining. Dining room table seats 8, dining table in large screened in porch seats 8, dining table on patio seats 8.

Short walk to community club house, tennis courts, boat slip, pool, basketball hoop, softball field, playground and docks. Walk or bike to Menauhaut Beach just over 1 mile away.

NOTE: Community Pool opens June 26th 2022 and closes on September 3rd 2022. Community recreation fees (pool use & tennis) are an additional approx. $325.00+ per week. Pool & tennis weekly passes can be purchased at the community pool house cabana. House cleaning fee is an additional $350.

    The perfect house for relaxing and entertaining

    We rented this beautiful home for three weeks and enjoyed it for family time, girls' get together and alone time.

    The house lends itself to have different spaces so everyone can do what they want to enjoy themselves and we used them all!

    - The open space kitchen living or dining room for hanging out.
    - The large enclosed porch for chilling out or playing cards.
    - The are with the Adirondack chairs around the firepit and lazy hammock.
    - The basement for working out or playing ping pong and other games in the basement.

    The house is clean, modern and cozy. It's a few minute drives to several beaches and there are tons of places to eat within a short driving distance.

    The complex has a pool, park and clubhouse which is great for families.

    What is special about this property?
    This home is located in Great Harbors private community that borders Great Pond. There is a community club house, pool, basketball hoop, playground, softball field, and boat slip.

    What is special about your town?
    Falmouth is a beautiful area with many beaches and beautiful views of Vineyard Sound and Martha's Vineyard. There are many wonderful restaurants for all tastes and plenty of shopping. Cape Cod Shining Sea Bikeway runs through Falmouth.
