Just rented this home for a week, the home is beautiful, spotless clean and spacious. Had everything you will need and more. Gail was the most gracious host, ensuring we had everything we needed, and providing restaurant options and places to visit! Home is close to everything, beaches, restaurants, ferry to Marthas Vineyard etc. We would definitely rent this home again.

We stayed here for a month from April through May 2022, visiting family in the Cape Cod area. Coming from California we arrived only with suitcases, nothing extra. The house was spotless on our arrival. The kitchens and bathrooms were well prepared for a large family, although we never had more than three at a time spending the night. Gail was such a generous hostess, providing many suggestions of where to eat and what to do. Having little knowledge of the Falmouth area this was a big hit with us. All her recommendations were spot on! When we had questions about anything, she got back to us immediately.

For those who like to walk, it is such an easy walk to the beach and to many restaurants. If you choose to drive, it is even easier. There are great hiking/walking trails in the area and the Silver Sea Bike Trail is also nearby. We will definitely be back! show more show less

After selling our family home of 30 years, we needed a place for our extended family to gather for the holiday. This was the perfect space and location -so clean and well organized and a beautiful, new, well-stocked kitchen with everything we needed. The location was great -we were able to take walks down to the beach and could even walk to pick up a last-minute bottle of wine as it was a short distance to several stores. We will definitely be back!

We so enjoyed our stay at this amazing location with great floorplan. Gail and her husband were so helpful and hospitable. Perfect place.

We are locals and used Gail's house for a holiday family reunion off season. Too many to house in our place this year! Highly recommend for that purpose. House is very clean, very comfortable. In addition to the bedrooms with comfortable beds, there are several areas in the house and on the back deck for hanging out. Very well equipped with games, two TV rooms. Our whole family loved it. Plenty of parking and very convenient for walkers.

Gail was very accessible during my stay. We came from Michigan and appreciated all the little extras that Gail took the time to leave. Books, games, extra toothpaste and toothbrushes helped make the stay very enjoyable. The house was clean and charming. We loved staying here, and I would definitely rent from Gail again! Great location for walking to beach or town.

I rented this house for a long girls weekend and I can’t say enough good things about it. The house itself was beyond perfect for what we needed and what we expected, and Gail was more than accommodating and thorough.

There was enough room for ten girls to sleep and plenty of space to entertain in the kitchen and deck. The location couldn’t have been better. It was super close to the beach and everything else you would need like grocery stores and restaurants.

I know I already mentioned Gail, but she is the kind of person you want to rent a house from. And I plan on doing so again in the future! show more show less

We rented this house for two weeks and it was great. Brand new spacious kitchen, nice deck and yard to hang out on. There is plenty of space in the house, plenty of bedrooms, and air conditioners.

You are close to Falmouth Heights Beach, the Island Queen, restaurants, shopping. And you can walk everywhere if you want. Perfect location!!

We had a great time in this house. We were able to hit downtown Falmouth, Provincetown, Martha’s Vineyard, whale watching, bike riding, Falmouth Heights Beach and a bunch of restaurants. We walked to the beach and restaurants.

The house had plenty of room for our family of 6 and was a perfect home base for our vacation.

The house was ideal. Big, well stocked kitchen made cooking at home the whole weekend a breeze. Kitchen opens to the living room so you don't feel left out if you're prepping meals. Nice big dining room table for the whole group. Rented the last week in December so we didn't get to enjoy the outside, but they do have a great back deck and nice yard. Hope to take advantage of that in future rentals. Will definitely be back.
