My family spent the July 4th week here and it was perfect! The property has a beautiful wrap around porch, some of which is screened in (where we ate all our meals), some enclosed (for nightly card games when it got cool), and some of it open (where we enjoyed our morning coffee). We took advantage of the first floor bedroom, as I had a broken ankle and stairs were not a possibility. The kitchen had everything we needed and was new, bright and clean.There is a large lawn and we sat outside and used the grill to prepare dinner every night.

We didn't really use the living room as there is so much outdoor space and we had nice weather, but it is spacious and has a big TV. The neighborhood is quiet with very little traffic (except for foot traffic) The walk to the private beach is short and enjoyable and the beach is spectacular, with plenty of space to sit and social distance. There were beach chairs and towels for our use. We took group pictures on the beach at sunset that were the highlight of the trip. Peter was quick with responses to any questions prior to arrival and there was plenty of written information on site. I hesitate to give this such a great review, as I fear it will be harder to book in the future, but it really is a special place! show more show less
