We are not cheap, but you get what you pay for and more... This gorgeous house is professionally decorated and is on beautiful saltwater Green Pond with direct access to the ocean in a wonderful neighborhood in East Falmouth. It offers a relaxing vacation with a magnificent view. It is comfortable and serene yet very close to shops, restaurants, downtown Falmouth, and beaches. You can fish, pick clams or Quahogs right in your back yard (need to get permit ).

This is a two story house with a bedroom and living room on both floors, and the sunroom & kitchen are upstairs. Furnishings are nicely designed with your comfort in mind. The open floor plan with high cathedral wooden ceiling & large sky light plus ceiling fan gives it a nice, comfortable feeling. A 50 inch TV with cable, high speed wireless internet adds pleasure to your stay.

Enjoy your vacation like never before, and watch swans pass by often in the fall season. Several ocean Beaches are near by.

Best to email for fast and accurate response Please Note: No pets of any kind! And no rentals less than what is posted, no long-term rentals, and a 6-person limit. No cancelation accepted after reservation is made unless the house gets rented for the same period.
Please note we will not MAKE the beds, clean linen will be folded and placed on the beds, showing they have been cleaned, this avoids confusions and questions about clean linens, we adapted this policy after many questions and concerns from previous renters during the years.
We require $195 cleaning fee and $750 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT that will be returned to the guest after their departure in the absence of damages. Our check in time is 4:00 PM and check out is 11:00 AM. We charge $90/hour for every hour delay in departure time
All Needed information will be emailed to you after reservation is secured.
Renters agree to hold the landlord harmless in a case of natural or unforeseen disaster.
Renters are not allowed to change the decorations inside or outside of the house
Please bring your beach neccessities,ie: beach towels, beach chairs etc.
Coming from beach renters should rinse the sand off their body and clothing outside before entering the house, an outside shower is provided
Do not sit on the furniture with wet cloths.
Do not disconnect the tv set up for any reason, for we can not reconnect it and will have to call professionals and that is expensive and the renters will have to absorb that cost
The kitchen is well equipped, no need to bring your own
Renters are welcome to use any seasoning left in the kitchen but not allowed to use our alcoholic beverages left in wine cooler or anywhere else if any, all massachusetts laws regarding alcoholic beverages must be observed,
Renters must leave the full BBQ gas tank upon their departure and if the tank is empty upon your arrival please notify us immediately.
WE HAVE AN OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERA for security.
If use PayPal, you must absorb their fees& interest
