Loved this house and the proximity to the beach.So easy to just walk and not have to pack up the car,find a parking spot.The back yard and deck was my favorite spot.The house is large and great for a big family.The owners were the best.Would definitely rent again

We had a great week in this charming 5 bedroom house with large living room and two full baths. The location was IDEAL…an easy short walk to the beach and walkable to restaurants. The house had AC which was a must this year. The back deck was huge with a grill for evening dinners and the back yard was perfect for spike ball and other games for the kids. There were loads of beach chairs so no need to bring any. The owners were great communicators and very easy to contact. We are thrilled to rent the house again next year! show more show less

The home is perfect. The deck is our favorite part of the house and its size allows for all guests and visitors to gather for meals and socializing over a drink. Living Room is comfortable and large enough for Sports fans to gather and watch a game together. Having six parking spaces is a real plus. Air conditioning is great. To sum this house, it is a beautiful home, great location, perfect deck and back yard and ample parking.

The house was immaculate when we first walked in. Everything was so clean and organized. Our whole family stayed there, everybody had their own bedroom. There was a lot of space and we had two little ones. The walk to the beach was so close we can actually go to the beach and if we need to go back to the house it was a walking distance very convenient.
The yard was nice, the kids could play and run around. The patio was very spacious for all of us to sit out there and eat dinner after we cook on the grill.

The location is fantastic. The house has plenty of room. The only drawback we find is the outside shower is not enclosed. Would be very helpful to have it enclosed with five bedrooms full. The bathroom on the second story is very tight. An outdoor shower would be beneficial. Otherwise it's a great spot.

Extremely comfortable home. Positives include: spacious deck for outside dining, large yard, short walk to the beach, driveway for six parking spaces, spacious living room for all Boston fans to watch their favorite teams, centralized air conditioning was very welcome, fully stocked kitchen most appreciated, outside shower for washing off the sand. In any other year would have loved the short walk to restaurants and stores.

Location and comfort! This house is a very quick walk (5 mins) to the Falmouth Heights beach. And also 10 min walk to the island queen ferry to Martha's Vineyard. You really can't beat the location. We went with 3 kids and 2 sets of grandparents and had PLENTY of room for everyone. My in-laws are still raving about the comfort of the mattress on their bed. We stayed during the "pandemic" in Aug 2020 and were thoroughly impressed with how clean the house was. The amenities were great and the adults enjoyed wine on the beautiful back deck every night. Erica was extremely responsive also. We'd definitely come back! show more show less

Great location - walk to beach. Erica was extremely responsive, home was spotless, and ready for two families. Great yard space and deck area, and just a comfortable house. Would absolutely rent again, great cape house. Being overly critical: Note that the AC upstairs is in the main hall, not in the bedrooms - so doors need to be open to get cool. Bathroom upstairs is a bit tight.

This home is just as great as the description and photos! It's important for our family to be close to the beach and we really were! The beds were comfortable, the air-conditioning awesome, lots of spaces to hang out in the house or on the huge deck or large backyard. We can't wait to come back next year!
