We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Falmouth. The house is spacious and very nicely appointed with appliances and utensils. The yard is spacious with outdoor seating, table, and gas grill. Renters have access to a the owners association beach, swimming pool, tennis courts, and restaurant. We made use of all the facilities. The restaurant serves lunch and drinks by the pool for a small additional service fee. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We would gladly return on a future cape vacation. show more show less

We had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed our week. The home is beautifully updated, clean, comfortable and has all the amenities you would need. A lovely & quiet neighborhood which was great for your morning walk. Conveniently located with many golf courses nearby. We truly enjoyed "The Clubhouse". Everyone was so nice and the pool was key after a round of golf. The restaurant was delish and would recommend the Haddock & Chips.

This home is absolutely amazing! It is spacious and comfortable and has everything that you need. The location is beautiful. We walked to the beach and enjoyed the big back yard. The kids loved going to the pool at the club. The area is conveniently located and the neighbors are friendly. Neftali' and Yvonne are responsive and lovely hosts. We will definitely be back.

My friend and I stayed at this property for a week, and we couldn't have been more pleased. It has a beautifully decorated interior, which was very spacious and spotless.

This rental has everything one could need for a Cape getaway. The neighborhood was very quiet and so beautiful. There's a little beach just down the street and a very comfortable yard with seating in front and back yards.

From a location perspective, great access to restaurants, shopping and beaches. We will be back the next time we go to the Cape. show more show less

Beautiful and clean. Perfect for our family with open concept so some can be in the kitchen and others in the living room all able to easily chat. Easy 5 minute walk to cute beach and less to boat launch for our kayaks. We were able to bike in the nice and quiet neighborhood and home even had a bike rake in the yard.

The home had everything we needed including some fun family games. We would stay here again for any return trip to the Cape.

I stayed in this lovely home with my family and I never wanted to leave. As soon as you walk in the door your are greeted with the beautifully decorated and spacious beach house of your dreams. The home was immaculate and so charming. The layout and living space is perfect to relax and enjoy. The entire house offers anything you could want or need. I went with my mother, sister, brother in law, and their children, all of us were in love with this vacation. There is something for everyone of all ages to enjoy themselves. The large yard was serine and fully equipped to be another lovely place to enjoy. The outdoor shower was one of my favorite things the house had to offer. The grill, large table, and shed full of helpful beach accessories was another winning attribute to our vacation.

My family and I were so thrilled not just by the fabulous house but the beach that is a rocks throw away. The ice cream boat that comes by was a welcomed and charming addition to the already fabulous beach day. I also can not say enough about the club house. We ate brunch, lunch, and dinner here multiple days. This place is gorgeous, immaculate, and an absolute home run. Everyone we met here or even on a walk in the neighborhood was friendly and greeted you with a smile.

I can not say enough good things about this as a perfect option for an amazing and relaxing vacation. The owners have done an outstanding job providing you with the perfect vacation get away. It was clear from my first interaction with them that they are helpful and professional. All of my question were answered right away and they were always available should you need anything. It was clear to me throughout this entire transaction that Neftali and Yvonne take pride in their rental home and go out of their way to anticipate any renters wants or needs. We stayed at this beautifully decorated home for a week recently and it was perfect for our family of five. Our three kids (11,9,4) enjoyed the kids room with bunk bed and futon. They enjoyed sleeping over together in there and playing together in there at the ends of the days. The home is very comfortable with plenty of spaces to sit inside and out. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and silverware. Laundry right inside the house was very convenient and the outside heated shower was super useful. The private beach two blocks down is small but very convenient and clean. Our kids had a blast there and the ice cream boat came twice while we were there. The location was perfect for our needs (visiting family on the south shore while wanting to explore the cape). Neftalí and Yvonne were very communicative and helpful with any questions or needs we had. Highly recommend this house and hope to stay there again soon!
