Loved everything about this home. Perfect blend of cape cod charm with modern amenities. Location was ideal & we had perfect weather to add to a spectacular week.

We recently enjoyed a lovely week in Falmouth. This house is beautiful with a great view from the 2nd floor balcony. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and the ferry. Quiet neighborhood! Everything one could possibly need is available in the house. Highly recommend this rental!

We are just home from this lovely little vacation home. It was a perfect week. Lovely walk to the beach and close to restaurants, cafes, and ferries. The house was beautifully decorated and so charming. And it has the best outdoor shower EVER!!! Our whole family enjoyed every minute! We are missing the Cape already. John was a wonderful host. We will be back!

This rental is like a home away from home. It is beautifully decorated, has a well appointed kitchen, extremely comfortable beds, and all comforts and of home such as central AC and WiFi. The location provides a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, the Island Queen ferry to Martha's Vineyard, need I say more! We highly recommend this rental and hope to return next year!

This was our first stay in Falmouth and my family all agreed that the area and home exceeded our expectations. We walked to the beach and in to town, everything we needed was close by. The home is spacious, clean, bright and comfortable. The outdoor patio was a beautiful space to hang out and read. The owners were very nice to deal with. We can't wait to go back!

This rental is just amazing! The house is exceptionally clean & well decorated. We felt like we were right on the beach because the 2nd floor has a walk out patio overlooking the boats, beach and Falmouth Heights gems.

We can't wait to come again next year. The outdoor shower, the gorgeous flowers and the outdoor patio furniture are welcoming & lovely! John was an amazing host and was available to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

My family enjoyed a great week at this lovely house in Falmouth. The location is perfect. A few minutes walk to the beach, a short walk to restaurants, less than 30 minutes walk to downtown Falmouth. The Black Dog Cafe is a 2 minute walk; great for coffee and breakfast in the morning, and the outdoor bar was good fun.

The house is very clean and well kept. The view from the upstairs balcony is beautiful. Spacious and comfortable and the outdoor shower is amazing.

We will definitely be back next year.

~We have been renting in the Heights for years. This was our favorite house and location. It's tucked away on a quiet street with all the comforts of home. Walking distance to the ferry, beach and restaurants. But you won't want to leave the perch which overlooks the water for sunsets to end the perfect day of coffee to start your day. Owners were so nice to deal with as well. We will be back.

The house is perfectly located. We walked to the Heights Beach, the ferry to Martha's Vineyard, and several restaurants. Falmouth Center, with a variety of fantastic restaurants, is only a short drive away.

More importantly, the house is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. There was plenty of room to spread out, the kitchen was fully stocked, the outdoor shower really is "the best ever". There is a back hall/mud room with hooks for beach towels and a place for beach bags and coolers. There is plenty of surface space in the bathrooms for toiletries and lots of clothes hangers in the closets. The house is beautifully landscaped outside with lots of small touches inside that made it even more welcoming.

John is a very responsive host and we would love to return again next year.

John and Karen could not have been nicer to work with. Their home is clean, comfortable and the location is perfect. You can see the water from the second floor balcony and can easily walk to the beach or into town. Can't say enough good things. Thanks for a wonderful and relaxing vacation.

We have been renting in Falmouth for years and by far this was our favorite home. It was perfectly located close enough to the beach, downtown as well as to the ferry, we walked everywhere! Loved the upper deck views during the day and star gazing. Perfect for having another couple/family stay for a night or two as the lover level had its own bathroom. Nice and clean and newly renovated. Can't wait to rent again next year!
