This rental has been updated, well furnished 3 bedrooms, 1 bath gem. Sleeps 6 comfortably, 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twin beds

Canoes, kayaks, paddle boards & 2 bikes are available - enjoy a fire on the sandy beach in the back yard. A great bike path to Woods Hole and 13+ Falmouth beaches are minutes away, as well as downtown Falmouth & Mashpee Commons - tons to do, many shops and restaurants, ferries to Martha's Vineyard (explore the islands for a day from Falmouth - passenger ferry or Woods Hole - car & passenger ferry), fishing, sightseeing, whale watching. Or grab the golf clubs and play 18 holes at the Cape Cod Country Club, whose entrance is 100 yards down the street.
So much to do, or do nothing at all but relax and watch sunrises and sunsets off the back porch :)

    Perfect Cape Vacation

    This quaint house is the perfect relaxing Cape vacation. The house is clean and comfortable. Sitting on the deck or down by the pond is so relaxing and beautiful. We took full advantage of the kayaks/canoe. We enjoyed golfing on the course that is right next door. Walks in the woods close by. It is close by to everything yet so private and peaceful. I would highly recommend this perfect place! We have rented it twice and will for sure again.

    Amazing Falmouth Vacation

    This property was amazing!!
    Very clean, lots of kitchen supplies, very comfortable beds. Outdoor deck area very comfortable with a huge umbrella for shade. Chair cushions were so thick and comfy to relax on! The hammock on the deck was an added bonus. Kayaks, paddle board and canoe were so much fun to use! My favorite part was the rain fall outdoor shower.

    This home has been in the family for 20 years, and we take pride in providing a tastefully decorated / updated home that is clean, comfortable and an awesome place to enjoy all the best the Cape has to offer.

    What is special about this property?
    Quiet and private, yet close to all the best things about the cape, great beaches, shopping , exploring, lots of nature & bike trails, Sitting in the living room or out on the deck, overlooking the lake, serenity now moments are plentiful, lounging in the hammock, cooking on the grill, taking a bike ride, going across the street to golf, lounging on the pond in boats provided ( Canoe, Kayak, Paddle board.

    What is special about your town?
    13 Beaches in Falmouth, close to Mashpee Commons, Golf courses galore, Ferries to the islands are 10 minutes away, bike trails and conservation land all around the surrounding area.
