A contemporary, light-filled loft, you are a short stroll away from the center of Falmouth - a quaint, little village where life is very much at a slower pace. The location is within an easy reach of restaurants, shops, cafes and one of the best French bakeries on the East Coast (recently voted in the top 100 bakeries in the US). If eating out isn't really your thing, cook up a storm in the kitchen with the freshest ingredients you've picked up from the local grocers and farms just a short drive away.

The Shining Sea Bikeway - a rail trail and one of Cape Cod's premier attractions - runs right behind the property and provides a lovely, peaceful way to the beach and to charming Woods Hole.
