Sleeps up to 7 in 3 bedrooms including a master with a queen bed, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a bedroom w/ 1 twin and a pullout sofa. Bathroom with shower and bathtub and outdoor shower. The open floor plan features a brand new modern kitchen with all new appliances, all new furnishings in 2020. Other amenities include large wraparound deck, gas grill, washer/dryer, WiFi, Smart Flat screen TV with cable, outside hot and cold enclosed shower, several beach chairs, & patio furniture. The yard is fully fenced in and this is a pet friendly rental.

This is a quaint area of Falmouth within close proximity of Great Pond for kayaking and paddle boarding. Walk to the Heights for dinner (1 mile), and enjoy the bluffs that rise from the beach above Nantucket Sound. The property enjoys a lush tree canopy tucked in off of Maravista Ave. Conveniently situated just a short walk to Falmouth Heights Beach, the Harbor, or the Island Queen Ferry dock for day trips to Martha's Vineyard. Enjoy the Shining Sea Bike Trail on a beautiful ride to Woods Hole.

    The perfect Cape Cod cottage!

    We have stayed in many Cape rentals and this was by far the best-equipped yet! The kitchen is all new and extremely functional, with any gadget you might need. The decor was perfectly coastal without being over the top. And the yard + deck might be the best part, with a phenomenal and CLEAN outdoor shower, relaxing adirondack chairs, and multiple seating options on the (fenced in) deck. We enjoyed the easy walk or bike ride to Falmouth Heights, the harbor, and multiple beaches.

    Falmouth home

    Newly renovated with lovely Cape charm, clean and comfortable. Situated on a dead end road with a pond for kayaking. Close proximity to beach and Great Pond. Close to restaurants and the bike trail. Nice fenced in yard for the pup or small children. Jim was quick to respond to any questions and a pleasure to work with. Looking forward to staying there again!

    Wonderful cottage

    Wonderful and comfortable stay! Completely refreshed cottage with every amenity. Close to Falmouth offerings and beautiful beaches. Enjoyed our walks along stretches of the pond too.

    Super cute house- Great location

    We loved our beach vacation in this cute rental! It was completely remodeled and tastefully decorated. Easy bike ride to Bristol and Falmouth Heights beach. We brought kayaks and had access to great pond steps down the street. The ac units kept it nice and cool for the hot nights. Owners were very quick to respond and accommodating. Highly recommend!

    An amazing experience

    My family of 4 spent a great week at this home. Everything about the experience was a 10 on a scale of 1-10. This cottage is newly renovated and the owners did a phenomenal job. The kitchen is impeccable - brand new appliances, high-quality cabinetry, and well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds in the 3 bedrooms are really comfortable. The deck provides great views of the bay with refreshing ocean breezes - perfect for enjoying early-morning coffee and evening cocktails. The fenced-in backyard and gated deck made the house really functional for us to have our dog with us. Jim was awesome to deal with - he clearly takes pride in his cottage and wants his guests to have a great experience. We will absolutely be making it an annual tradition to return to this special place. show more show less
