This property was absolutely spectacular — by far the nicest, cleanest, and best-equipped rental home we have ever stayed in. We appreciated that everything was new and in good order. The accommodations were impeccable — very clean and comfortable — even in the heat wave, the central air-conditioning kept us very comfortable. Terry was very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed, and was always available to answer questions and provide assistance where needed.

The location is great — such a beautiful property — private and quiet! We spent many peaceful hours enjoying the scenery — including the blue herons, swans, ducks, and geese on Bourne pond. We enjoyed having the use of the dock, as well as the paddle boards, kayaks, and canoe. Our grandkids enjoyed playing in the pond. The house is a short drive to the beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Falmouth is a great town with lots to do!

Everything we could ask for was available in this house. We had ample room for family members who joined us for part of our stay. We did quite a bit of cooking at the house and had additional family members visit us for some meals. Whether eating outdoors or indoors, there was ample room for everyone to join in comfortably. There was a good selection of pans and serving utensils available for the meals we prepared at the house, and everything was in nice shape - and the knives were sharp! We made ample use of the gas grill, and appreciated having the automatic ice maker, which we put to very good use during the heat wave!

The rest of the house was equally impressive. The outdoor and indoor showers were clean and well-maintained. We appreciated having hampers in all the bedrooms, and ample dresser drawers to keep our rooms tidy. The laundry facilities were in great shape, and it was so nice to have clean linens and towels available to us. There was ample closet space to stow away our extras so they didn't clutter up the living area.

Overall it was a thoroughly enjoyable and very relaxing experience! We can't say enough good things about this place!

We had a wonderful time at Terry and Annalise's house on Bourne Pond. The house and surrounding areas are immaculate and well-appointed with pristine appliances, comfy beds, plenty of closet space, a spacious and clean outdoor shower, covered bike storage, and lots of amenities to make us comfortable during our stay. We used the (3) kayaks to paddle (2 miles) to Menauhant Beach, where we took a break and dip before heading back, all while taking in the beauty of the pond and wildlife. Our host was a wealth of information for recommendations about local attractions and restaurants. The grounds were spacious and private; offering a deck with an outdoor table to seat six, a porch, hammock, and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the view of the pond and sunset. A great place to kick back and relax.

We had a wonderful week in this East Falmouth home on Bourne's Pond. This truly is a hidden gem. It's in a private location (so no traffic sounds), and once you drive to the end of a short dirt road you are treated to a lovely home with a gorgeous view.
We had absolutely everything that we could need at our disposal. The home was meticulous, beautifully furnished and well-stocked. Sheets were soft, beds were comfy, appliances were modern, and there were three TVs all equipped with Rokus.
There was plenty of outdoor seating along with a generous deck and a pond that was perfect for kayaking which was provided for our use.
Although the location is private, it's just a short drive to everything: beaches, shopping, restaurants, movie theater, downtown Falmouth, and Mashpee Commons.
The owner was very hospitable and helpful, providing a great list of local restaurants and even a baby pool when we had relatives stop by.
We loved our stay and hope to someday return!

My wife, daughter and I absolutely loved our stay here! An amazing view with private dock, enormous yard for our daughter to play in (with swing!), and plenty of comfortable chairs in the yard and on the deck to enjoy the breathtaking views. Terry, the owner of the property, could not have been more helpful. He brought us anything we needed, and was so kind to setup a small inflatable swimming pool for our daughter. We loved the outdoor shower, used the grill, and didn't even leave to enjoy the nearby beaches given we had the private dock all to ourselves! Thank you Terry, we will definitely be staying with you again!

We have been renting in East Falmouth for 12 years. Without a doubt, this home was the loveliest, most comfortable home we've stayed in. Everything about it was perfect…peaceful, excellent location, amazing view, beautifully decorated. There was not one thing more we could have asked for or needed. Terry and his wife were wonderful, thoughtful and attentive hosts. We plan to return next year. Highly recommend.

We had three wonderful weeks in this beautiful home. The home was clean, comfortable and amazingly well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location was amazing. Secluded, private, quiet and yet only 5-10 minutes from shops and attractions. The view was mesmerizing.Terry and Annaliese could not be more attentive and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here for a total getaway from the pressures of life. However, there is also WiFi and smart tv's. And room that could be dedicated work space.

This was our second year renting this property. It's a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed watching the swans, osprey and many other birds that live there. The kayaks, canoe, cornhole are available onsite. The hosts are great and have provided everything needed for a great time. The house is immaculate. The property is a short drive to the beaches, town center and Woods Hole.

This property is wonderful in every way. Exquisitely landscaped and surrounded by natural beauty, it is situated on one of Falmouth's most beautiful salt ponds. Tucked far enough away from the street that the only noises heard are those of nature itself. Bird watchers will revel in the various winged species who call the area home, including osprey, herons, and more. Minutes away to some of the best restaurants, shops, and beaches the Cape has to offer. The cottage itself is very well appointed and the hosts have thought of every detail to make any stay a memorable one. Also, in the unlikely event anything is needed the hosts are extremely friendly and very responsive!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was fully stocked and so clean. Everything was well organized, and at your fingertips was anything you could possibly need! The backyard was an oasis with a great grassy area overlooking the pond that my kids loved. We enjoyed paddling right from the backyard dock on gorgeous Bourne Pond.

We had a fantastic time on our Falmouth vacation. The house is comfortable and easily accommodated our family of six. The property is private and aesthetically pleasing with a view of the pond. Even on a rainy day, we very much enjoyed the view and amenities. We took advantage of the dockside access to the pond and enjoyed use of the kayaks, paddleboards and canoes that the owner made available to us. We hope to visit again soon.

We have vacationed every summer on Cape Cod and this was undeniably the best house we stayed in. Terry and Annalisa were welcoming, kind, helpful and shared with us their knowledge of the area . House is lovingly renovated and maintained. We could not find a speck of dust anywhere and it had absolutely everything we ever needed. The house is away from a main road on a beautiful pond. It has a very private and gorgeous backyard with a view of a pond. Terry has 3 paddle boards, 2 kayaks and canoe that he encouraged us to use. Paddleboarding and kayaking off Terry's private doc on the pond straight to a beach, not many properties have this amazing advantage which we fully enjoyed with our 3 kids. Short bike ride to the beach was another fabulous feature. We were sad to leave and can't wait to be back next summer! Thank you Terry and Annalisa!

This house and the property is great! House has lovely furnishings and is super clean. Kitchen is very well stocked. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Outdoor living areas are comfortable and look out to a lovely view of the estuary. Our family enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. Also loved watching ospreys that have a nest nearby dive for fish! Owners were great at answering questions and providing info about the area. You can't go wrong with this rental!

We had a great time making memories with our family at this lovely property. The view was great, the house was spotless and had everything we needed and more. Our family enjoyed using the kayak, canoe, paddleboard and sitting on the dock. The deck and farmers porch were so nice for relaxing. Beaches are close by. Terry is very nice and was very helpful. We would love to come back to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Terry's home on the pond. He and Annalisa have thought of everything. The beautiful home is very clean and the pond is picturesque. I highly recommend this home. It was a wonderful week on The Cape and we can't wait to return.

The house was beautiful and absolutely spotless. The property owner Terry was great. All of the bedrooms are very nice and the kitchen and dining area also were excellent. The location on Bourne Pond was just perfect for us. We were able to kayak right from the dock. We were also able to bike down to Woods Hole on the Shining Sea bikepath. We will certainly come back next year!!

We spent a delightful two weeks at this property at the beginning of July. The house comfortably accommodated our family (mom, dad, 3 adult children and a +1) The property is very well maintained and was super clean. We found everything we needed to cook at home, relax in the yard, even kayak in Bourne Pond. Terri lives in an adjacent property and was available if we needed him but did not intrude on our privacy at all. Sheets and towels are provided which is always an added bonus.

We love an outside shower. The water pressure in the outside shower was a little weak so I found I did not use that as much as I would have liked to. That is really our only (very minor) issue. Truly a magical setting!

We had a relaxing and fun stay at Terry's house in Falmouth. The view from the house and the backyard was a perfect 10! The water on the inlet was often sparkling and we saw many interesting birds - swans, egrets, osprey - it was so pretty! We went canoeing and kayaking on the inlet and that was fun and allowed us the opportunity see more of the water. There are not many houses at that end of the inlet which makes it rather private and quiet on the water. My kids and I also frequently swam in the water from the dock - once you get past the seaweed part at the edge of the pond - it is really warm and quite nice for swimming.

The house was very comfortable for our family of 4 plus a few guests during the week. It was also very clean and very well maintained. The deck next to the kitchen was very nice for relaxing and eating outdoors. The beds were very comfortable, the living areas were also nice with big comfortable couches. The kitchen was great for cooking and preparing meals. Terry was always helpful when needed but did not bother us during the week. We could just text him if we needed anything or if we had a question. It was great that he provided the sheets and comforters and the beds already made when we arrived. He also provided bath towels and washcloths .

We bought a Falmouth town beach sticker so we could park at the various Falmouth beaches - it could be easily purchased any day of the week. Surf Drive beach was one our favorites as it is pretty, was never very crowded and had a snack bar and restrooms. We also had the opportunity to explore Falmouth which is a really nice town - great shops and restaurants and lots of beaches. We also explored Hyannis which is very close for some fun shopping and good meals. And we did a one day drive to Provincetown for shopping - about 1.5 hr drive. Overall the house was very comfortable, very private, quiet and in a really nice area of the Cape. Highly recommended!!

I am also a short term rental rental owner with a beach place in FL and I can say that Terry and his wife far exceeded my high expectations. The house is beautiful inside and out. We had a large group and there was plenty of room for everyone and literally every need was met. We went to the store for essentials but it would not have been necessary, they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything.

Outside was an oasis. Beautiful landscaping and the hosts are gracious enough to share a canoe, kayaks, and paddle boards. My kids were in heaven. They were outside the whole time on the water or playing in the large yard.

The beach was a short drive 3-5 min and we never had trouble getting parking. Old Silver beach was also close just about 12 min away. It was worth it for us to have the our own dock and water access. The boys kayaked to the beach one day. Downtown is awesome and just a short drive but there is also some stuff within walking distance.

Terry was so kind and generous. We will definitely be back!!!

Terry's place was an amazing getaway when we didn't want to let go of the summer! The house is so thoughtfully designed and appointed, comfortable for our family and guests, and an amazing outdoor shower!

Terry was a fantastic host; nearby to provide help and expertise when needed, but otherwise you'd hardly know he was next door! The property is as you imagine from the photos; the "pond" (think creek) just steps from the house is a special place in the universe; many mornings and nights spent looking at the sunrise or dark quiet. Kayaking right off the dock, and the swans will come right up and visit you!

We will be back, and I can't recommend Terry's place highly enough to anyone else who seeks the water as part of their daily experience. Amazing location between Mashpee and Falmouth with easy access to both. Grateful for a great stay!

Our family of five had a great stay! The property was beautiful and the house was impeccable. The owners thought of every detail to make the house comfortable and enjoyable. Terry was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We look forward to going back soon.

We had a great time in this amazing house. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The owners thought about everything from all the kitchen essentials to games and books for all ages. The backyard was very relaxing and quiet with hammock, chairs and backyard games. It was so nice to sit on the dock and listen to birds.

We enjoyed several canoe, kayak and paddle board rides. This place is very convenient to beaches, bike paths, fish market and town center.

We appreciate Terry & Annalisa's hospitality and kindness and highly recommend it.

The house is newly renovated, beautiful and clean. Very nice set up for our family reunion. All were comfortable in bedrooms. Good size rooms and enough privacy. The living room, kitchen and dining area were plenty big also. The best room and possibly the most used was the spacious and comfy deck.

The yard is great for hanging and relaxing. And dock access to kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming is fantastic.

Wonderful vacation. My family is still talking about it.
Even though it is not far to to good stores you feel like you are away from it all- nice and private.

We plan on returning.

Perfect Place to Relax
This property exceeded our expectations. The hosts were incredible in making sure the house had everything and more! The pond, the backyard, and the interior served as an oasis for our family of 4. The location is great to bike to the beach and short drive away from many of Cape Cod's top destinations. The owners could not be any kinder - a warm welcome and made sure we had what we need. We love the new appliances and the way the rooms were decorated. We will return and hope others get to enjoy this lovely home!

This was such a perfect place to stay! Location location location! Falmouth, Woods Hole and several wonderful beaches are all close by, as are the awesome Bad Martha and Naukabout breweries.

The yard is wonderful with a hammock and lovely dock perfect for relaxing, fishing off and watching the sun go down. The house itself has everything you could need - Terry and Annalisa made us feel very welcome with little touches like Sunscreen sticks for kids - there are plenty of games, puzzles, books, beach stuff and Rokus to log in and watch your Netflix or prime vid if you like too - great feature.

Bedding, bathrooms and overall decor was gorgeous, and the kitchen is basically your dream kitchen :) perfect for a family of four but you could easily sleep 6 (we had a spare bunk in one room and two rooms feature double beds). We ate out on the deck most evenings watching the little bunnies and occasional glimpsed the osprey that nest nearby.

The house is quiet and peaceful, and superbly clean. We loved it and not one concern.

Perfect hosts and we will be back! Highly recommend to anyone.
