We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home in Falmouth. Very clean and spacious also fully equipped with everything. The owner Kari was very easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. Great location close to everything and the back yard was so relaxing with a large deck and a great fire pit and there was also a hammock. We loved our stay here and will definitely book again.

We had a fantastic stay at Kari's beautiful home in Falmouth. There were two families, and we were all amazed by how much space we had both inside and outside the house. Everything was nice and clean, and exactly as described. The backyard and fire pit area are beautiful, and we spent lots of time out on the deck. If you're looking for a lovely home in a prime Falmouth location, look no further.

MOST importantly to me, Kari is an A+ host. Extremely kind and responsive. We will definitely stay here again, and I recommend that you do, too!

This lovely house has everything you could want in a beach house. Very clean, great amenities and a good location. We enjoyed the beach, the golf courses and the large back yard with outdoor shower. The house was comfort all the way and Kari was an amazing host!

We had a wonderful stay at Kari's house. With 2 families, we enjoyed having two separate spaces and bathrooms. The backyard is great for grilling and sitting by the fire, and has plenty of room for outdoor games as well. Our kids loved the loft area upstairs and the many board games. Kari was very helpful and accommodating during our stay and we would definitely love to be back!

We had such a great experience staying here. The house was clean and comfortable. Kari is so organized as well so everything we needed, down to extra batteries and lists of local attractions, was labeled and available. The backyard was lovely and we enjoyed eating meals on the deck and making smores over the fire pit. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Kari's home—spanning four generations from age 5 to 86, and everyone had a great time! The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed—truly from soup to nuts, as my mom said.
The location was perfect—close to the beach, supermarkets, shops and great local restaurants. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, which made our week in Kari's home truly relaxing. The beds were super comfortable, and the outdoor space was super nice. We especially loved the large yard where we played cornhole, and the deck, grill, and fire pit made it the perfect spot to unwind, eat dinner, and play our favorite game of Yahtzee.
The décor was loved by all and even impressed our 5-year-old! Kari was friendly, responsive, and available anytime we had questions. There is also a book filled with a lot of information that was helpful.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for multigenerational families!

The house is adorable, quintessential Cape vibes! It's stocked with everything we needed and thoughtfully decorated. My children loved the playroom/reading space upstairs and having their own charming rooms. This house is a gem and we would love to stay again!

Superb property!
This house was immaculately cleaned! The beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. The location was great! Kari provided outstanding recommendations and was attentive to every possible need. We traveled with our family (including our 2 year old grandson) and she had a pack in play and high chair. The yard was nice and big with a nice outdoor area. I would most definitely stay again!

Kari provided a welcoming home that was furnished with absolutely everything you could think of. It was meticulously clean and organized with instructions on how to use all appliances. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the upstairs offered some additional privacy. The backyard in particular was beautiful and peaceful, especially at night. Kari was a caring and thoughtful host and made herself available at all times for all questions. I highly recommend this home to anyone seeking a Cape Cod vacation!

We had an amazing time during our weeklong stay at Kari's. The yard is perfect for cookouts and enjoying time outdoors, and we had a great time enjoying family meals around the table together. The rooms are all spacious and the house was so well equipped with everything we would need. We will certainly be back if our travels take us to the Cape again!

Beautiful home with a great backyard!
We had a wonderful stay at this home in Falmouth. The house was fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals at home. Beautiful backyard with seating, a fire pit, cafe lights and a grill. Plenty of room in the house, especially if you have younger kids &/or teenagers … the upstairs would be great for them to hang out. Kari was great and responded promptly to any questions or concerns I had. Great location to get all around the Cape and to catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard!

We had a home in Harwich for many years. We decided to try a different area of the Cape for this trip. The house is well equipped with all you need for a great vacation. The yard is spacious; had a great time playing yard games! The fire pit is a wonderful night gathering place for chatting and so'mores! Host provided a wonderful guide to the area which made dining out and planning outings very easy.

We loved staying at Kari's house in Falmouth. There is plenty of room for everyone. Great sleeping accommodations with four bedrooms. We loved the loft area upstairs. It was perfect to let the little ones play in the early mornings when others were sleeping. It has a wonderful deck and backyard with a fire pit. Every kitchen item you would ever need was there. The garage was available to keep our bikes and golf clubs. Easy to get to the beach, restaurants, and downtown. Great house!!

We had a lovely two week stay at this property. The location was great as we were equal distance to Falmouth and Mashpee. Additionally it is a neighborhood environment with a great back yard for the kids as well outdoor shower, fire pit and deck with dining table for outdoor summer evening dining. The interior of the home was immaculate! Well laid out floor plan and quaint bedrooms. Great kitchen, well equipped and updated. Our host was available with quick responses with all of our questions and lovely to work with throughout the process! Grateful for the home away from home feel! Definitely recommend!

Our family of 8 vacationed here as our last trip of the Summer. It was a wonderful stay! The home is well stocked and the backyard was perfect for my toddler to run and play. Our family enjoyed a wonderful fire outside and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax. We would definitely return in the future! Thank you Kari!

Excellent vacation at this beautiful house!
We absolutely loved Kari's house in Falmouth! It was spotless, it was fully stocked, the beds were extremely comfortable, and Kari was very easy to communicate with. Central family house
Beautiful, clean, and well appointed house in a great central location. We felt right at home and loved exploring the surrounded areas. Plenty to do all within a 5 - 20 minute drive in any direction.

Beautiful, spacious home in perfect location!
We had the best time at Kari's home. We've been to the Cape for the past five years and this was our favorite home so far. We loved the layout of the home: my family of four stayed upstairs and the two bedrooms plus the play/TV area was perfect for our young kids. Then we had two adult family members stay in the downstairs rooms, which was perfect for privacy and not waking them up in the morning when our kids woke early! We loved the backyard and had great meals and fireside chats. Lastly, we fell in love with the Falmouth area: cute downtown, close proximity to the bike trail, and great beaches. Kari was so accommodating,warm, and responsive. We will be back for sure!

Unforgettable
We had always dreamed of a vacation on Cape Cod and when we saw this house we knew we had to make it happen. The house did not disappoint! Everything we needed was there…from air conditioning, to laundry, to birthday candles! We loved everything! Kari was also super helpful in restaurant recs and suggestions on things to do. Thank you so much for a great vacation with tons of great memories!

Cape Cod Classic
Kari Bloom's lovely hone in Falmouth was a perfect place for our family of 6 adults and 2 small children. It's beautifully decorated but casual and fun and situated in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the nature around the home and our four grandchildren were delighted by the birds and bunnies in the backyard . The home is well stocked, organized, and immaculate. We would definitely consider returning and highly recommend it to VRBO clients looking for a pleasant stay on classically lovely Cape Cod.

Fantastic!
It is just as advertised - beautifully decorated, great location, and lovely amenities. Kari has thought of everything. We enjoyed the convenience to the bike paths, town and beaches. We also took the ferry to Martha's Vineyard and rode bikes over there. The weather was perfect and the hydrangeas - wow! We highly recommend staying at this home. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect Home for First Cape Cod Vacation
We loved our week on the Cape! The house was perfect for our group which consisted of 2 adults and 6 children between 9 and 12 years old. After spending the day exploring different beaches, shopping, and whale watching, we returned and relaxed in the beautiful backyard. The kids loved the fireplace and hammock and we had plenty of space for backyard games. The house is immaculately maintained and is equipped with everything you need for an easy stay. There were plenty of updates from Kari regarding Covid-19 concerns and she was quick to respond to all my questions. I have nothing but positive things to say about our entire experience!

Work + Play from Cape !
My family and I had a wonderful stay in Falmouth! We stayed in Kari's house for 15 days in June (5 adults, 1 infant). Kari has a beautiful home, very comfortable layout for larger groups. She has tastefully thought through all the little details. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. The outdoor space is a real treasure and made our stay extra special. Kari went out of her way to make sure all covid relevant cleaning procedures are in place and most up to date information regarding restaurants / places to visit is available. Most importantly, Kari is just a really warm, welcoming and friendly person. By the end of the stay, I felt like we were friends. I can't thank her enough for making our stay so special. As a side, my wife lost one of her earrings at the house and Kari coordinated w/ the next guests; found the earrings and got them to us in Boston. We highly recommend this place (almost don't want the secret to become public) and look forward to visiting again !

Very relaxing stay in spotlessly clean, very well equipped house
The house, situated in a very quiet neighborhood, provided everything we desired from our Cape Cod visit. It is close to Boston andvery convenient to groceries, restaurants and ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Kitchen is amazingly well equipped with absolutely everything you need to cook any meal. Beds are comfortable. Individual air conditioners cool very well and are very quiet. Bathrooms stocked with soap (even outdoor shower). Linen closets are full. Basement laundry machines were very handy. Large BBQ and outdoor table on rear deck made evening meals very pleasant. Communication with the host was prompt each and every time. Everyone in our party of four shared the same opinion and would not hesitate to return to the Cape and stay in this house.

Everything you need and more
The property is beautiful throughout the entirety of the home. All the little touches were perfect. The home had everything we could have ever needed including things we didn't even know we needed! Very clean and enough space for family of five.
This house is very well maintained that has lots of fun places for everyone. Backyard for early morning coffee and late night beer. Spacious living room with big smart tv for rainy day movie night. Kids love attic style upstairs with seperated full bathroom and small living room. All of my family members enjoyed to stay here.

Beautiful rental home with all the amenities!
This was an excellent home away from home for our family trip to Cape Cod. Not only is it meticulously clean, generously equipped and well maintained, it is beautifully designed and decorated. The owner has thought of everything for the guests' comfort and convenience. We loved the outdoor shower, back deck, and patio. Located in a quiet neighborhood that is convenient to exploring the area. The level of care and consideration taken to ensure our family enjoyed our Cape Cod vacation was outstanding! Fantastic House!
This house was the most spotless home I have ever rented! Every detail was fantastic and the location is close to downtown Falmouth and grocery stores. The bedrooms were spacious and had great linens and pillows. The toiletries supplied in the bathrooms were luxury hotel quality. Really a fantastic rental.
