Located in the exclusive, private, and kid-friendly Great Harbors community, this three bedroom ranch is perfect for your Cape Cod summer getaway. Just a short walk to the association clubhouse, which features a large community pool and toddler wading pool complete with lifeguards, tennis courts throughout the community, a playground, baseball field, private beach and more! The community has a 2 mile circle perfect for biking, running or walking.

Enjoy your stay on the large deck out back with grill, fire pit and table for 8. Inside you have your choice of two living rooms complete with Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, books and games for all ages. The master bedroom offers a king sized bed and attached 1/2 bath with barn door. The kids room allows for 4 children or adults with two sets of bunkbeds, great for all ages! The front bedroom has a queen bed and is directly across from the full bathroom. We offer bikes, beach chairs, and a buggy for the beach! Work, play and stay!

This home is about a mile to Menahaunt Beach, Bristol Beach, and Falmouth Heights Beach and just a few minutes to golf courses, bike paths, Freedom Boat Club, charter fishing boats, island ferries, shopping, and dining. Falmouth is also known for its July 4th fireworks on the beach and the well known Falmouth Road Race. Neighborhood activities at the clubhouse and pool include kids night and social events, swimming lessons and private tennis lessons available. Kayaking, sailing and boating steps away on the bay with access to the ocean.

No pets. No events or vendors allowed.

*7 night minimum stay in summer months. Check-in/ check-out on Saturdays.

**Please note, up to 8 unlimited weekly passes for use of pool and tennis courts may be purchased separately, children under 3 are free (pool and clubhouse are only open to guest during the summer months - late June to Labor Day).     Another Great Stay!

    This was our second year staying at Kathy and Deb's lovely house. Everything was perfect again.
    The house is immaculate, has all the amenities, and is very comfortable and fun to relax in. It's perfectly located in a lovely quiet neighborhood, convenient to downtown Falmouth, Mashpee Commons, and several beaches. We've already booked for next July and are looking forward to our stay in 2024.

    Great Week!

    We just spent a great week at Deb and Kathy's. The house is lovely, modern, good-sized, well laid out, beautifully decorated, and immaculate. It's conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood off Route 28 about 5 miles from Falmouth Center and about 7 miles from Mashpee Common. All the furniture is very comfortable. They provided every possible amenity in every room - and having sheets and towels available makes it so much easier and more convenient. They responded immediately to our questions. We are thrilled to be able to reserve it again for next July!

    Amazing Home

    This was our first time renting a home in the Cape. Debbie and Kathy were so easy to work with and answered all our questions right away. The house was even more beautiful in person and they provided everything you could need. The private community was so nice, we took walks and rode bikes every night. The pool was great and they had activities every day. We enjoyed the back deck and fire pit as well. I would definitely rent this home again!!

    What is special about this property?
    We offer a fully renovated 3 bedroom and 1 1/2 bath ranch home with a beautiful front and backyard, 3 bedrooms (King bed with 1/2 bath, Queen bed, and 2 sets of bunk beds). It's located in the The Great Harbors Community that includes a pool, playground, tennis courts and beach area located less than a 1/2 mile walk.

    What is special about your town?
    Falmouth is one of the most popular towns on the cape. It boasts many restaurants, small boutiques, a local cape cod baseball league, parks, and specail events throughout the year.
