From the reservation, check-in, during and after our stay Heidi was great. Her home is located in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. The home is welcoming and truly felt like our home away from home. Her home was stocked with the necessities we needed - especially the beach chairs and kitchen supplies.

We had a wonderful two week stay at Perch Pond rd. The home was immaculate when we arrived. The house was larger than we expected and was perfect for our vacation. The neighborhood is quiet but close drive to the beach and easy access to Rt 28. Heidi was very helpful and made the entire process of renting and staying in her home easy. We would highly recommend staying here.

Heidi described her lovely home perfectly; super clean, well appointed, huge back yard and the open park right in front of the house was a huge plus for the kids. The shoreline walk along Perch Pond accessed from short walk to Oak Street couldn't have been a better place for our morning walk or jog. The location is great - we biked into the cute town of Falmouth, and to the Shining Sea bike path to Woods hole. Biking to the beach couldn't have been easier, maybe 10 minutes to the closest beach for summer swimming in the warm waters of Vineyard Sound. We didn't take advantage of the close proximity to The Island Queen ferry to Martha's Vineyard, but I hope to do that this year! Everything worked well from the A/C to WIFI to the new Weber grill just outside the kitchen. Heidi pays close attention to details, and it shows. Can't wait to get back to Perch Pond this summer. My family had a wonderful visit to this home! The house is clean, cozy and equipped with everything that you would need. The location is ideal. We really enjoyed the walking trail and the convenience of being so close to downtown. The homeowner is friendly and responsive; an absolute pleasure to work with! My family looks forward to visiting again soon!

My family of 5 (3 kids, 2 adults) stayed at Heidi's adorable home in the heart of summer and enjoyed it very much. She's thought of everything to make your stay comfortable; with three kids, we cooked most of our meals in the house, and everything we needed was available - even some extras in the cabinets (spices, oils, etc.). The decor is tasteful and simple and everything was very clean. Comfortable beds and great A/C (which we sure needed that week)! We especially enjoyed sitting in the sunroom and having space to spread out, as well. There is a nice little dirt path nearby which I ran on every morning. We drove to the bike path multiple times to take rides with the kids, and the beach is right down the street. We quickly discovered nearby Old Silver Beach, paying for a daily parking pass at the gate. This became a favorite of all. Day trips to Martha's Vineyard, shopping in downtown Falmouth, beaches, bikes, and ice cream...that sums up our trip pretty well, and Heidi's home made for a relaxing launching pad to all of the activities. show more show less
