Just 1 mile drive to glorious Woodneck Beach (great for children) 3 miles to Woods Hole with great seaside dining, aquarium or hop on the ferry for a day trip to Martha's Vineyard. Scenic 10 minute drive to both Surf Side beach and Old Silver beach.

    Beautiful rental property

    Perfect vacation home located in the lovely town of Falmouth. Five minute walk to a private beach, ten minute car ride to downtown with plenty of shopping and restaurants. House is clean and fully furnished and excellent functional kitchen. Plenty of outdoor space with room for families to relax and children to play. House has three bedrooms and two full baths. Highly recommend!

    Welcome to our Summer House! We have lovingly updated this home over the past three years with the kitchen as our final update for 2024! We are a family of 5 that loves adventure and exploring. Our three very active children who enjoy going to our private beach for the crystal clear waters and beautiful sunsets. We do highly recommend water shoes, it is a rocky beach. We also spend a lot of time at Woodneck beach, 1 mile away and Old Silver a 10 minute drive. We love Woods Hole especially for a laid back breakfast by the harbor and enjoy the hidden Stoney Beach, both which feel like Cape Cod of the past. We usually take day trips to the Vineyard a couple of times each summer, it's so easy! We hope you have a glorious stay at our home and build some wonderful family memories.

    What is special about this property?
    Our home is located in a very pretty part of Falmouth, just off of Sippewisset Road. We have a private setting, just steps to the exclusive Gunning Point community, where we enjoy the private beach for residents (and guests) only. Gunning Point is stunning, with beautiful clear water for swimming and friendly neighbors. Our home is perfect size for a summer retreat, spacious enough to entertain, while still cozy and inviting.

    What is special about your town?
    Falmouth is fun! There is so much to explore. Famous 4th of July fireworks, Falmouth road race, endless beaches to explore, wonderful downtown with great shops and dining, and lots of restaurants on the water, Woods Hole, Falmouth has it all for a wonderful Cape vacation.
