My family vacations in Falmouth every summer, so when it came time to choose a house to share with friends over the Fourth of July, I was extremely picky. This home and its location did not disappoint. The layout was perfect for two larger families, and we easily could have fit a third comfortably.

Even with two days of rain, the house never felt cramped - plenty of space to relax, spread out, and enjoy being together. When the weather cleared, we loved sitting outside on the porch, the patio, and the backyard.

The location truly cannot be beat. It's steps from Falmouth Heights, one of the best beaches in town, and close to Bristol Beach if you prefer something a little quieter.

The home was clean, well cared for, and exactly as described. Erica was a fantastic host- responsive, kind, and helpful with any questions we had.

We will absolutely remember this house for future trips, and we'll be recommending it to friends visiting the area. Thank you for an unforgettable 2026 vacation!

We had plenty of parking, which is always a problem with multigenerational family.
There were no issues, Erica was very proactive and thought of everything, thank you Erica for being a great host.

Great house and great locations. This was a guy's golf trip and 11 of us fit with lots of room! The outside sitting area was great, just beware of the wind since you are so close to the ocean! We were walking distance to the beach and restaurants, with lots of joggers and walker each day. Would highly recommend!

The house was great - tons of rooms, great lighting, and truly less than a 5 min walk from the beach. Erica left clear instructions and was very communicative.

Erica's house was perfect for comfortably accommodating our large group (make sure you bring your own linens, or have a linen provider, and bring shampoo/conditioner). We especially appreciated the close proximity to the beach and walking trails.

Stayed here for the Cape Cod Marathon with friends and family and had the best time! Erica reached out before and throughout the trip to ensure everything was going smoothly and check in/out was very easy. The house was clean and had a great outdoor space that we were able to use on our first night. Super close walk to the beach and a quick drive to Main St in Falmouth. Would definitely stay again!

I had such a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was super friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I especially appreciated the little touches that made it feel like home. I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Wonderful experience - Erica (landord) great to work with - No issues - Everything listed was in the house and the location was perfect for our family.
We were hesitant at first for the lack of yard (as we had several kids under 5, )however we cornered with a small dead end side street that was great for the kids to ride their bikes (with supervision of course)
And there is a lot for extra parking included in rental that doubled as play area as well, great outdoor shower, nice grill - it had it all!

Terrific house for a family of all ages. Great location walk to the beach, plenty of parking, Available and responsive owner. Looking forward to next year!

The proximity to the beach, downtown, the playground, everything was perfect.
The only thing that would have helped, because we were such a large group (6 adults and 5 kids) and tended to go off in separate directions, a second house key would have been very helpful.

We enjoyed a great week in Falmouth, the house was very clean and well located. Short walk to the beach and a few restaurants. The yard and extra parking spots were a nice addition.

This is our third year vacationing in this home with family. Plenty of space including 2 full baths and an outside shower for after beach ease. You only need bathing suits and a toothbrush!

We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay at this lovely home. The location and amenities were perfect and the house was fitting for our family ranging in ages from 3-78!

This is a great vacation house. It has everything you could possibly need. We were very comfortable and relaxed at this house.
You are close to the beach and it is a great place to go out and take a walk. We loved it!!!

After renting for over 30 years in the area, we can say we found the perfect family vacation
home. The first one we didn't have to buy a lot of missing pieces for. Just bring clothes and a toothbrush and plan to stretch out and relax at the beach and enjoy family dinners!
Big bonuses, close to the beach, very residential neighborhood, central air!! extra parking, lots of outside seating, 2 great size updated bathrooms and an outside shower. Enjoy!

We were a family of 12 that included 4 under 5. The home was able to accommodate all of us, and the proximity to the beach was excellent. They don't provide sheets or linens, but it has AC, plenty of beach gear, and a fully stocked kitchen. There was an issue with a leak one day and the host responded immediately in an attempt to fix it, which I very much appreciate. As advertised and a good spot overall with great access to Falmouth, the beaches, etc.

7 of us ladies rented this house for our bachelorette getaway! The house was perfect! It's exceptionally clean and cape cod style charming! Upstairs 4 nice bedrooms and 1 bath and Downstairs had 2 additional nice bedroom and another bathroom. The kitchen is large and well organized . The TV room is average size, even a bit small for 7 people. There is stackable washer and dryer in large main bathroom. We were easily able to walk to the beaches. There is an outdoor shower and great patio too. One final great feature - there's plenty of parking! We easily could have had room for 8+ cars. We had a great time! We did beach yoga class. We ate dinner on Main Street and went to the spa. I would 100% rent this property again! Erica the owner always replied to me within the same day Plus, I was able to get my security deposit back within 72 hours ;-)

Beautiful property in a beautiful spot!

Erica's home is beautiful! We stayed here in the winter when there's much less going on in Falmouth, by the location was perfect and the house was very spacious. Beautiful yard as well.

This is an excellent house for a large group. Great outdoor space to hangout, play games, and grill. The location is great, only a few blocks from the beach. The house is in great condition with many upgrades. The owners take pride in their rental and keep it clean working order. Having done many rentals in Falmouth over the years, this is on the top of the list. You wont be disappointed.

Our family of 12 people that included young adults, aunts, uncles, a baby and a grandma, felt right at home here! It offered the sleeping space and comfort we were looking for, especially the central air!!! One of the most appealing aspects was the closeness to the beach! We spent every evening outside on the porch and lovely side yard. I hesitate to advertise this house for fear it will get booked quickly!!

we had a wonderful stay at this maravista home over the 4th of July! with a large family that came and went throughout the two weeks we had plenty of space in the house as well as using the outdoor shower, patio areas and the parking area adjacent to the house for the additional cars!! clean, comfortable and no problems at all. owner checked in with us via email to make sure everything was ok through our stay. the walk to and from the beach was easy (we mostly went to bristol but did go to the end of the street beach as well). the walking and bike riding trail close to the house was great for the kids and carriages. easy to get anywhere in town. fireworks were spectacular! most of the family went to the beach to watch them but some of us stayed at the house and had a great viewing as well!! we really enjoyed our stay.

This location is everything! We walked everywhere and were surrounded by ocean. Beaches are great, there's a small one really close by and the larger beach Bristol and Falmouth Heights are about 6 mins walking. We brought our SUPs to use at the inlet at the end of the street and that was awesome. We brought our family and extended family and had plenty of room. The kitchen is very large and the outdoor shower fit all 3 of my kids! This house has a great front porch that we had coffee on and gas grill and picnic table for lots of outdoor dinners and cocktails in the lounge area. The central air was key, as we had some hot days but were kept cool inside the house. Wifi is fast and the tv has netflix. House came with some beach chairs, games and beach toys which was a nice surprise. Will be coming back next year.
