This house is just perfect. The location is terrific - a close walk to town center, the beach and other good spots. The house is spotless and immaculate, and it has everything needed to enjoy the week. And Will is a great owner and host, anticipating his guests' needs and providing for everything in advance, without us even having to ask. We've been renting on the cape for nearly 10 years, and this is the best house we've stayed in. We'll be back next summer. Thank you Will!

This place is perfectly located! It's an easy walk to the beach AND the adorable shops and restaurants. It is extremely well maintained, clean and comfortable. The outdoor space is also great, especially the back patio. I will definitely be back!

The outside is deceiving as it looks like a standard ranch nestled between lovely cape style homes in a year round neighborhood. When you open the door it's a transformation into a beautifully appointed house with every modern convenience. The master bedroom with en suite and seating room for viewing large HD tv and comfortable queen bed is very private. The other two good sized bedrooms are conveniently located and share a modern bath. The bedrooms have real bureaus so you can unpack and the closets are spacious. If you have gadgets you'll be all set. TheWi Fi works well and the living room is comfortable, modern and cozy with a tv that's large with the best clarity.The kitchen has everything you'd need plus an eating island with comfortable high back chairs for four. There's also a dining area leading to a large patio with plenty of seating room. The beach is within walking distance and there's a great place for getting sandwiches, ice cream and cold drinks. What a wonderful home in a wonderful location! The home was very comfortable and clean with fantastic updates! The back yard was great and the proximity to town and the beach was unbeatable!

When you arrive you never know what to expect and I was completely amazed at the location and the beautiful home! It's literally a short walk to downtown where there are great shops and lots of restaurant options. It's classy Cape, suitable for children and adults. We went two different restaurants: Mexican and Italian; had exceptional service and after a cocktail could walk back to the house nestled on cul-de-sac. It's also just a half mile to the beach and in the nice weather proximity is key! The house itself is renovated and clean …and surprisingly easy to escape into your own space if needed. The master has an additional tv and couch for when the rest of the house is sleeping! The patio off of the dining area was perfect for just sitting and enjoying a nice night after a full day. Added bonus: wifi connection worked well for being able to start vacation early and also take care of critical work meetings. Looking forward to returning! show more show less

If you are looking for a slice of heaven, you have found it! The homeowners are the most thoughtful, gracious hosts. They have put everything into this house that you could possibly need on your vacation. It is clean and extremely organized. The kitchen is well stocked, the living room/TV is a comfortable space to lounge or have family nights, and the bedrooms are perfect. The outdoor shower is a must after a long day at the beach. The house is in the perfect location. You can walk to downtown Main Street in minutes. Here you will find fabulous restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, clothes shopping and candy stores. What more could you ask for?! We absolutely LOVED walking to Main Street! This quiet, clean, spacious and calming place will be our go-to every time!! Wonderful home and location. A short walk up to all the shops and restaurants on Main St. You can hear the Island Queen horn in the distance and the walk down to Surf Drive or the Falmouth Harbor is short and enjoyable. The house is kept perfectly clean, everything seems new! Owners were very responsive to questions. Their backyard is big and the outdoor shower was the perfect ending to the day.

Will stay here again for sure.

We had a wonderful stay - perfect for a romantic getaway or a family vacation! The house has everything you could ask for and is clearly owned by people with great attention to detail. The backyard is a perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach or to play a game of catch with kids. Although the bathroom inside the house is very nice, who can resist the outdoor shower at the end of a hot summer day?

The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and only a short walk from the ocean in one direction and downtown in the other direction, with fantastic restaurants, stores, and ice cream shops.
