We loved our vacation week at this Falmouth location. It will certainly be our annual vacation spot for years to come!

Great place to stay. Convenient to the beach. Great people to work with

My daughter and I had such a great stay here. I was a little worried the house wouldn't have everything we needed when we were told to bring our own bed sheets, but I was mistaken! The house had absolutely everything you need from kitchen utensils, toiletries, toys and games, bikes, kayaks, I could keep going. Not to mention, the host was so super responsive and helpful whenever I had a question. We used the new fire pit to roast marshmallows, took the kayaks out on the river, played at the beach that is only a two minute walk from the house. Overall an amazing experience and I highly recommend!

We loved our time at Kristen and Jason's getaway!! We used the home for a relaxing girls weekend with friends. The house is beautiful and the location is just wonderful.

We were lucky enough to book this amazing location for our last summer getaway before our boys went back to school. It was worth every penny! We couldn't have asked for a more perfect location! We were literally steps away from the private beach with nice calm water, no worries of big waves with the little ones and so easy to run back and grab anything you may have forgot. Plenty of sand to dig and play with all your toys. I can not forget to mention the iconic Ice Cream Boat with yummy treats for the kids and most importantly iced coffee for the adults :) The cottage was beautifully renovated, extremely clean, well stocked with all the essentials for cooking, and plenty of space to relax both inside and out. My boys especially enjoyed the swing set in the back yard and the fire pit for our nightly s'mores. The location was very convenient to area restaurants, stores, and of course more ice cream. The owners were so easy to work with and readily available to answer our questions. We already booked for next summer! I would highly recommend booking this location so you get to enjoy this little slice of heaven for yourself!

Couldn't ask for a better rental for a family getaway . All the amenities for a perfect beach vacation. Steps to the water and the beach is perfect for relaxing and great if you have little ones. The location of the house is minutes away from everything Falmouth has to offer.
I was very impressed with every last detail the host has provided within the house. Just when you think you may have forgotten something… open a cabinet or look in the pantry and you will find what you're looking for!
Highly recommend this rental for a fabulous time.

We had a wonderful stay at Jason and Kristen's cottage. Check in was simple. This adorable cottage was clean, cozy and welcoming. It was equipped with anything and everything you could possibly think of. The small beach is only steps away and perfect for families. Any questions we had were answered immediately. I would highly recommend staying here and I would definitely stay again.

My family and I had a wonderful time!! Couldn't have had better weather! The house was beautiful and very comfortable and children friendly!! I would definitely recommend and stay again for sure !

This was such a cute place to stay with 3 kids! A VERY short walk to the beach, plenty of space for the kids inside and outside, and a short drive to all the fun stuff! The house was very clean, and the picture of a summer house on the Cape. We had no problems, but Jason and Kristen responded immediately to any questions. Can't wait to go back next summer!

Me and my family stayed here. Great place for the kids and adults the location is perfect, close to activities and the beach. We will be staying again for a amazing time.

My family and I were lucky enough to stay here over Memorial Day weekend, and we had the best time. The house was adorable, decorated so nicely, and offered everything we could possibly need. Walking to the beach was so easy and the kids got to kayak which they loved.

We had fun playing soccer, grilling out, roasting marshmallows in the backyard, and the new outdoor shower was so convenient after a day at the beach!

We will absolutely be back!

This was the perfect house for a quick friends getaway. We were looking for a place to relax and hangout together. I was pleasantly surprised by how open and spacious the house felt. Open floor plan, nice sized bathroom and adult size beds!!! My friends and I were very comfortable here. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by.

My family and I really enjoyed this cozy, updated home that was steps away from a private beach. The house is absolutely adorable and very clean (which is a must)! The beds were comfortable, plenty of linens, etc. Kristen and Jason, the owners added so many little touches that made the house feel like a home, a swing set in the back yard for the kids, toys, and games. There is a pack n play included as well. They also included 2 kayaks which was awesome to use with the kids. After spending the day at the beach having dinner out on the patio while the kids played in the yard, and finishing it off with a fire on the patio made the night so relaxing. I really don't have anything negative to say, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone, looking forward to my visit this summer :)

If we could give Kristen ten stars we would! This place is super cozy and far exceeded our expectations- just steps from the beach and a short distance to shops and restaurants. It has everything you need...no detail is overlooked! It perfectly accommodates families with children, including bunk beds, toys and the perfect yard to play or entertain in. Their large picnic table and swingset were a huge hit with my kids! We enjoyed every minute of our stay and cannot wait to go back!
