Private, cozy single-family home. Our home is located on Bourne's Pond with water views from every window! Bourne's Pond is a saltwater pond with convenient access to the open waters of Vineyard Sound.

The first floor has an updated fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining area, and living room. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. One with twin beds and one with a queen bed. On the second floor there is a Master bedroom with a queen bed with a full bath with a tub and walk-in closet. The Master also has a sitting area with sliders to breathtaking water views.

There is an outside shower to wash off the sand. The large back deck is the full length of the home and has a gas grill, patio set, and captain's chairs to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and the magnificent sunrises. The water is steps from your back deck.

Bike route, bike path, restaurants, stores, and beach all within walking distance or a short drive. Once you arrive you will never want to leave.

LINENS are provided along with beach towels, beach chairs and cooler.

    We have spent the last 10 summers renting a place in Falmouth. We have never stayed in the place the place you want to return to and again until now. This place is nothing short of idylls . Everything we needed was provided. This small house fit our needs perfectly. We spent hours outside reading, eating, watching the bunnies in the yard scamper about. Every evening we sat looking at the water as the sun went down and the lights came on. Thank you for such a lovely vacation. We cant wait to come back! We have found THE PLACE.
