Overall we had a great experience renting from Jaymee. Her home is a quick 5-10 minute walk to downtown shopping and dining. We went for nightly walks which was great. Also close by (just a short drive) are beautiful beaches and the steamship authority to Martha's Vineyard. Old Silver Beach was hands down our favorite beach. For the golfer in the family, Falmouth Country Club is about 15-20 minutes away. It's a well kept, reasonably priced course. We loved our stay here! The home is perfectly located within walking distance of all the great shops and restaurants in Falmouth. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed for a weekend get away. We would definitely stay here again!

We were fortunate to find this home for our summer vacation as we stayed a week. Jaymee( owner) was very responsive and accommodating in all communications and made the experience very smooth from initial booking through end of stay. The house is in a perfect location, close to many shops, restaurants, beaches and the harbor, but yet is on a quiet street.

The house was spotless, modern and had everything you needed with extra conveniences, including a nice welcome binder with guides and plenty of information about the amenities and area. The kitchen was well equipped and the four bedrooms ( including two set of bunk beds) were spacious and comfortable, with a great outside shower and deck! We could not have had a more perfect getaway to the Cape to celebrate the beginning of summer! Not only was the weather gorgeous but we were fortunate enough to find this gem of a house. The house was immaculate and had all the essentials. It is literally a skip away from the town square and nature preserve. Jaymee, the owner, was very responsive from the beginning and incredibly accommodating! Our only wish was that our stay could have been longer!

Epic location and house! My husband, myself and two young daughters stayed at this property for 3 nights, and I wish we could have stayed longer. The place was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. A nice little welcome basket was left on the kitchen table - a nice touch! We never even needed to drive anywhere during our stay because the location is SO close to the town center/park/carousel. My daughters loved the outdoor shower! I rented Jaymee's home coming from Europe for a two month stay to visit friends and family in the area. I had an excellent experience there. Jaymee was super friendly and very easy to communicate with. I could feel that she genuinely cares that her guests have the best stay.

The house is very clean and well designed. The bedrooms have plenty of space and the beds and beddings seem brand new and are very comfy. The bathrooms are average size, but still spacious enough and well equipped. The living room is big, but also feels nice and cozy. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances and absolutely everything you need to enjoy dinners at home and entertaining friends. We made some great memories there.

The location is perfect. The house is on a tiny, quiet side street within a 5 minute walk to Falmouth Main Street so you get the best of both worlds. I loved being able to walk to the restaurants (favorites; La Cucina Sul Mare and Quarterdeck) and bars (favorites; Liam Maquire's and Anejo) and not worry about parking or driving home. I used the outdoor space even in the colder weather because it's so calm and relaxing. Most of the backyard is surrounded by trees and nature.

I loved my stay there and can't wait to stay again during my next visit to the Cape!
