This is our 2nd year visiting this lovely vacation home. We love the quiet neighborhood and are at the end of a beautiful cul-de-sac. The location is perfect, near the beach, close to shopping and some great restaurants. There has been some lovely improvements since last summer. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking out or eating in. There is a deck just outside the kitchen where we enjoyed our morning coffee and a patio with plenty of seating for the family. Susan is a great host! We loved this property! It is at the end of a quiet street so there is no traffic or noise. The inside is so bright and welcoming with plenty of places to hang out and relax. Even though it is in a quiet location it is close to the beach and the center of town. So many places to shop and eat. We visited Mashpee and Falmouth on our trip.
Our favorite place to hang out was on the patio off the master bedroom.
The house is not only adorable but so clean and inviting. Susan was lovely to work. Made the process easy and was always available.
Would stay here again and again!

Hi, we loved our stay at this house. It was clean and comfortable and close to two beaches we love. Beds were great, kitchen had wonderful cooking equipment, lots of flatware, lovely plates, glasses etc. Loved the outdoor shower!
I would highly recommend it and plan to rent this house again next summer.
Susan always got back to me quickly with answers to any questions.

We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun vacation on Cape Cod! The house is beautiful and has many different areas for hanging out and relaxing, both indoors and out. All the rooms are large and have plenty of seating to accommodate many people. The bedrooms are very roomy, and the beds are extremely comfortable. Close enough to walk to Old Silver Beach in just a few minutes, which was amazing. Also a short drive to downtown! We love to cook, so a large kitchen that has everything you could possibly need, plus a large dining table, led to some great family dinners. As a nice surprise we were left a lovely welcoming basket that made the first night special as we settled in. Our family had a wonderful time!!! We will definitely rent again. Susan is a pleasure to work with as well and responds quickly!

What a great vacation we had! The house was very comfortable and we felt very at home during our one-week stay last summer. Susan was an amazing host and the house was a great space inside and out. The outside patio area provided plenty of space for family dinners and was ideal for enjoying the cool evenings down the Cape. We loved the convenient walk to Old Silver Beach to watch the sunset (awesome views!!). The location was only a short drive from Downtown Falmouth, so we were easily able to spend the afternoon exploring the area and enjoying all of the restaurants and shops in that area. What a perfectly peaceful- adorable house! It was so clean and had the most wonderful beach theme! We loved how quiet and peaceful it was. We sat out on the patio and deck at night which was perfect!
Plenty of space for everyone and the owner thought of everything!
She also responded quickly to every question and was lovely to work with. We have done many vacation rentals and this is one we will do again! Thank you!

What a great vacation home!! The property is immaculate and the location could not be more perfect! The owner has provided everything we could possibly require in a well equipped kitchen with a variety of small appliances. The bedrooms were lovely and the beds were very comfortable. My daughters and I loved the area which is close to beaches and wonderful restaurants. Downtown Falmouth was a great place to spend the day shopping where we found our favorite pastry shop. At the end of the day, we looked forward coming back to our home where we felt so cozy. We are looking forward to visiting again soon! show more show less
