This summer cottage includes 4 Bedrooms, 1 full bath,1 half bath, and an outdoor shower. Beautifully updated kitchen with breakfast bar and dishwasher. The first floor features a sunlit eating area, cozy living room, full bath, laundry area and an enclosed front porch. Second floor has 4 bedrooms, and 1/2 bath. Linens, towels, and beach chairs provided.

Private yard perfect for outdoor entertaining with deck and gas grill.

The neighborhood features tennis, playground, basketball courts, and a harbor to launch boats.

    What an excellent place to stay! Kristine was an amazing host with great communication. Located in an adorable neighborhood and a quick walk to a beach, the house was exactly what we needed. Highly recommend!

    Great location and host! Perfect neighborhood for families. Beach was so close, outdoor shower was lovely. House was a little small for a family of 5 but fine for a fee days away. Kristine was a great host, very communicative and reaponsive. r

    I am a Mom of 6 and have owned this property for over 10 years. We have enjoyed many summers here and recently converted the property to a vacation rental. I have been a landlord for almost 20 years and am enjoying this new realm of property rental.

    What is special about this property?
    This property is just 1/3 mile to the association beach (New Silver Beach) at the end of the road. Sea Crest Resort and Old Silver Beach are approximately 1.5 miles away.
