    I stayed in this property with 6 other adults for a Wedding Weekend down the Cape, and the house could not have been more perfect for us! We loved spending time on the Patio, in the (giant!) yard, and using the outdoor shower! The house seems brand new, clean, and we had plenty of space to get ready and relax before the wedding festivities. The Karaoke was also a highlight - we had a blast! Would definitely return!

    Beautiful home close to so much! We had an amazing time at this beautiful house! Matt was great at communicating and the information he provided was very helpful! The house is gorgeous, with plenty of comforts and a beautiful backyard. They have pretty much thought of everything. The welcome packet we received was helpful in planning a few parts of our trip! Couldn't recommend this house enough and I hope we are lucky enough to stay again!

    Beautifully renovated Cape Cod home
    We booked this house to attend a family party in East Falmouth. Check-in with Matt was very easy and the house is absolutely beautiful - they put a lot of thought and care into the decor, and it shows. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, cookware, and dishes one might need for a week's stay, and they had beach towels, indoor games, karaoke, and a bin of balls and outdoor toys available for us to use as well. The beaches are all just a few minutes drive away, which was very convenient. It was a quick drive to other parts of Falmouth as well. All around an excellent experience for us, and we would absolutely book this house again. show more show less

    Great home and amenities within the home. Hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. Also very accommodating to our young family, and they went the extra mile to make sure there were kid proof baby locks and plug covers. Great vacation experience!

    Beautiful property, perfectly located
    Rented this property for the weekend for our executive and HR team to stay while visiting our stores in the area as they prepared for their spring selling season. The owners were incredibly communicative and the space was very welcoming and felt like a home-away-from-home after long days at work.

    We're a husband-and-wife team with two young kids, and Falmouth has been part of our story from the very beginning. We started coming here when we were first dating and quickly fell in love with the town, which eventually led us to buy this newly renovated house. It was our first family home, and now that our life has changed a bit, we're excited to share it with other families and help create the same kind of Cape Cod memories that brought us here in the first place.

    What is special about this property?
    This home has been a great place for our family, and we think that's what makes it special for other families too. Just minutes from several beaches, it's easy to spend the day by the water and return to a quiet neighborhood at sunset. Foggy ocean mornings and cool nights with the windows open are something we experience often here, and it gives the house that classic Cape feel.

    At the same time, the home has been recently renovated, so it feels fresh and comfortable while still staying true to Cape Cod style. The large, flat and fenced-in yard has been especially nice for kids to play, and the sunny deck is a great spot to unwind outside. You're also just 2 minutes away from local favorites like Cape Cod Winery and Smitty's Ice Cream.

    What is special about your town?
    From a quaint main street to waterfront restaurants and a picturesque lighthouse, Falmouth has everything you'd expect to find on the Cape. There are 10 public beaches, calm waters for paddle boarding and kayaking, and one of the Cape's most scenic bike paths that runs through marshes, woods, and coastline. Martha's Vineyard is also an easy day trip (the Island Queen ferry is just a few minutes from our house.)
