This is not the first time that I have stayed at Setucket cottage, however, it is the first time I have stayed with my new grandbaby, my daughter and her husband. I was furnished nicely and had all the comforts of Home. The backyard is nicely appointed with the grill, fire pit. And yard games. The house Is conveniently located almost midway between Falmouth Center and Mashpee Commons. I highly recommend both the house and the hosts.

This is an easy review. Seatucket is great place to spend time in Falmouth. It is close to Menauhant Beach and downtown. The home is very clean and well stocked. Nice back yard and BBQ area. Samantha is by far the nicest person. Very professional and caring. You can't go wrong staying at Seatucket.

We had only a 4 night visit to the cottage. It was neat, clean and very welcoming. We found the kitchen well supplied with all necessary items. The location is great. We did not go to the beach but went to many areas on the Cape. I would not hesitate to visit Seatucket Cottage on my next visit.

Our stay at Seatucket was excellent. Samantha is a great host. The house is perfect, very clean and cozy. And it has everything you need. Samantha quickly notified us of an item we left behind and helped us arrange a pickup. My daughter is very happy she was able to get her swimsuit back! We will definitely stay at Seatucket and recommend it to our friends.

Samantha's house was comfortable and matched the description. The street where the house is located is lovely and quiet. Samantha was a great host and provided helpful recommendations regarding local attractions. We enjoyed exploring Falmouth and its beaches, as well as biking the Shining Sea Bikeway. We also took a day trip to Martha's Vineyard!

Overall, great stay!! Right at home and everything you need to enjoy, and some!! Would absolutely stay again

We had a terrific stay here. Samantha is incredibly responsive and helpful. The place is perfectly located to enjoy all Falmouth has to offer. We had a great time celebrating the 4th with family and friends. The home is clean, well-stocked, and very relaxing.

Took my daughter and family to Falmouth to enjoy the beach and explore the area. The Seatucket was a hit with the entire family! Plenty of hot water for showers along with everything needed to make our stay comfortable. Location made it easy to get around to all the places we wanted to go. This was a lovely cottage for our ladies' weekend. Great proximity to a public beach and 20 minutes to the ferry at Woods Hole to the Vineyard. The host was responsive and helpful to all my inquiries!

If this property is available, book it! It is nestled in a lovely neighborhood whose location is perfect for visiting Cape Cod. Don't worry about amenities, everything is provided. Samantha and Nick were readily available for assistance and advice. This sweet home has been completely updated, is clean and comfortable - just like the pictures.

Just got home from a relaxing 4-night stay at Seatucket Cottage. Everything about the house was perfect for our needs and was in great proximity to many Falmouth beaches, ferry to MV and many shops. We would definitely stay again.

Staying at Samantha's place was superb. It was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. Having 2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower at the beach is always easier with guests.

The kitchen was well-stocked with quality utensils and pots, and pans. Also, there was dish and laundry soap, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags...all that we need to run a house. The neighborhood and neighbors are inviting: about a 10-minute ride to the beach, a quiet street, friendly people around, lots of birds, and if you're lucky, there is even a firefly show at night.

For questions or problems, Samantha and Nick responded quickly and attentively.
It's a great place to have a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

This home was PERFECT for our family getaway. Coming from New Hampshire, we wanted something peaceful but still with lots to do, and this location was just that. The home was beautifully furnished, giving off a coastal vibe, and had everything we needed, from kitchenware to towels and beach gear. The location was prime as well. My family and I took a walk to the nearby lake and visited a few cool spots, including boutiques and food establishments.

We had great communication with Samantha, and anytime anything came up, she was super helpful and responsive. To make it all even better, we were only 9 minutes away from our ferry to Martha's Vineyard! When I return to the Cape, I will come straight to this booking!

This was a somewhat last-minute booking for us. It was easy to find, well-equipped, 5 minutes from the beach, and close to restaurants and other things to do. We would definitely stay again.

We had our second stay at Seatucket Cottage. It was a great spot to celebrate the 4th of July. We enjoyed the corn hole set and walks to the beach. It is such a charming neighborhood and close to everything you need. The owner is accessible if you have any questions and the house is very clean and cheerful. We look forward to our next visit !

Lovely home! Outdoor shower was excellent to have after the beach. Space was clean and cute and super convenient. The outdoor area was fun to hang out in, and everywhere was tidy and easily accessible!

This location was great for a week on the Cape! We had everything we needed to cook meals, used the grill, beach items, etc! The water access is great for kayaking. Great beaches are less than 5 minutes down the road! We came before the "high season" started and got to enjoy all the beaches without having to get a pass.

Outside shower was wonderful to help keep the sand out of the house! Fun for my daughter, since there were tons of bunnies around. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. Two of the bedrooms had AC, which worked fine for us. Fans in all the rooms helped cool the house down as needed. Samantha provided coffee and filters, and that was super helpful!

Overall, great spot! Close to Falmouth and easy access to other parts of the Cape! Would definitely stay here again.

Let me start off by saying, Samantha was phenomenal! Not only was she super easy to work with, but she was great at communicating. Any questions that I had were very quickly answered. Upon arrival, the house was charming, cute, and cozy. The neighborhood was very friendly and inviting. Great for families or a few girlfriends having a get together.

Anything that you needed was on the property from a grill to a fire pit, plenty of space in the living room to stretch out for a movie night! We already are talking about our next day at the Seatucket home! Thank you again so much for hosting us. We can't wait to come back.

Our group had an incredible stay here! The house was very clean and was exactly what we needed for a relaxing and fun vacation. The house is in a very nice area, with the beach being less than 15 minutes away. The host was very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this house for a comforting vacation.

My family and I booked Seatucket for the weekend for a family wedding in Falmouth and we had the BEST experience. The house was so clean, spacious, and in a perfect location. The street was so nice and quiet but close to so many shops, restaurants and the water! The host Samantha was incredible and made sure to answer all of our questions and gave us a long list of recommendations of things to do while we were in the area. We cannot wait to stay here again one day!

Samantha was a phenomenal host! Communicative, helpful and friendly! All details clearly outlined and everything for check in received in a timely manner. We were 4 event planners working a wedding in the area and this was a great spot for us to call home for 4 days! I wish I got to enjoy the yard and outdoor shower because it's soooo perfect!

Nice 3 bedroom house, had everything we needed. The outdoor shower was nice to get all the sand off the kids when we got back from the beach. Good communication with owner who understood Cape Traffic and let us get in to the house a little early. Would stay again.

We had a great stay! The location was close to everything we wanted to do and quiet so we could rest between it all. Our hosts were also very accommodating and answered all our questions promptly.

We had a great time on the Cape at Seatucket Cottage. Samantha, our host, is very responsive and even let us know before we arrived that we could check in early because the cleaners were done. The location in the property is perfect! I enjoyed my daily walk down to the ocean! Proximity to restaurants, beaches and downtown shopping is awesome and you can easily avoid the traffic on busy Rt 28 during peak season.

My family of 4 stayed for a week in the Seatucket cottage and had a great time. The house is immaculate, well-stocked and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed. The location is great. It's in a very quiet neighborhood. We accessed the water on the street to paddleboard and drove or rode bikes to menahaunt beach. I walked to the beach each morning for exercisee but it's a long walk to take beach stuff so we usually drove. It's about a 10 min ride to Main street where we had several dinners. The kids love to go to the candy and T-shirt stores there. A few mornings we rode our bikes to the Black Dog cafe for coffee etc. There is a cumberland farms and dunkin very close to the house when you need something quickly. I suggest going to windfall market if you're going to shop at stop and shop. It's a great spot to get produce and meat/seafood. We would definitely stay at the Seatucket cottage again!

We had a cozy, peaceful stay at Samantha's Seatucket House. Samantha was a great host, very responsive, and had great suggestions on things to do in the area. We had a great time utilizing the grill, fire pit, and corn hole amenities. There were several different beaches in the area, too. Also the neighborhood/neighbors were really friendly. We highly recommend this place!

This house served our family of four well. The location is really great - close to beaches with lots to explore. If you plan to be out and about most of the time, this place is perfect. We enjoyed the fire pit at night!

Host was very helpful from booking to the end of our stay! We stayed for a bachelorette party and she was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early as well to prep some things for the bride!! 100% worth it and place was gorgeous as well. We had a wonderful week in Falmouth! This rental was perfect for a fall getaway. We explored the Knob, Peterson's Farm, and beaches without crowds. It was like the sunsets were designed just for us. Most shops along Main Street were open during this off season and it was easy to find a coffee shop or bakery along the way. Coming home each day to this warm, clean home was relaxing. The host was very helpful throughout and we are now planning our next stay here!

The location was perfect with so much to do within a 10 minute drive - the beach, restaurants, Main St shopping and the Island Queen ferry.
The neighborhood was quiet and the house had all of the amenities that we needed. I also thoroughly enjoyed the new outdoor shower after a day of bike riding. I would stay here again!

We had a great experience here! The home was perfect…very clean, light, cute yard (and an outdoor shower surprise!) in a great quiet neighborhood with great neighbors (thanks to whoever took our trash down to the curb for us!). Best part of our experience was working with our host Samantha. Throughout the process, Samantha was fantastic to deal with. She was responsive and on point, and her home really reflects that warm professionalism.

Seatucket cottage is a quaint newly renovated house in E.Falmouth (Davisville), and is located at in a great location to explore in Falmouth & Mashpee. The house was very clean and nice bed linens & towels were provided. Samantha is easy to work with and was extremely diligent in her correspondence with us. She was accommodating with our requests prior to our stay, and available to answer any questions we might have.

The house is boho/coastal style. The eat-in-kitchen had new cabinets as well as most appliances. There is gas grill and outdoor table and fire pit to eat meals and make s'mores outside.

The living room has a sectional and chair, a nice size smart tv, and great wifi. The bathrooms are new and clean. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds and the 3rd has a set of twins. The primary has the only dresser, the other rooms have a shelving unit in the closets to store clothes. Closets are good size and some hangers are provided. There is a washer/dryer in the unfinished basement.

A very easy place to stay and enjoy all that the cape has to offer. We would highly recommend if you're coming up the cape!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Seatucket Cottage for a little weekend getaway in March, and it was absolutely perfect! The neighborhood was quiet, yet close to everything we wanted to do! Highly recommend!

The cottage is located in a good area with loads of things to do nearby for the family. The place is comfy and very clean with a fully equipped kitchen, the aircon in the bedrooms was much appreciated on hot days. There is a firepit in the back where we toasted marshmallows for smores. We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back again.

Seatucket was the perfect summer stay for our family of 4. The property nicely accommodated two adults and two young children. It was a quick and easy drive to the gorgeous beach, the bustling center and many other adventures. We really enjoyed spending time in the backyard using the grill and fire pit after a long day out and about in Falmouth. The kids are asking when we can return!

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at Seatucket Cottage. The inside was beautifully decorated, beds comfortable and Samantha had it stocked with everything we may need. The closest beach is a little over a mile and we had no problem with parking. Also took the ferry to the Vineyard for the day which was so easy from the house. We would love to stay again sometime! Definitely recommend.

Our stay at the Seatucket Cottage was quiet and relaxing. We found the cottage comfortable for a family of 4, with 2 young adults. It was very clean and recently renovated. We rode bikes to the beach a few times, drove to Woods Hole, and rode bikes on the Shining Sea trail. There are many places to go and things to do within a 15-20 minute drive.

My friends and I had the best time at Seatucket Cottage. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived and you could tell it was renovated with great care and attention to detail. It's an easy drive to all of the best spots in Falmouth. Samantha was a great host - friendly, attentive, and went out of her way to make the experience wonderful. We will definitely be back next summer! Can't recommend enough :)

I originally had 2 hotel rooms booked and then saw this! So much better than being stuck in a hotel room. Samantha's place was freshly re-done which was so nice! All you needed to for a great weekend or week long stay is included, from the fire pit to the brand new grill. The master bedroom with separate bathroom was a bonus. Plenty of dining spots, both indoors and out. Loved that there was shampoo, conditioner and bath wash in the shower and the new towels were beautiful. No A/C but the fans were more than sufficient on a hot weekend to cool down the house. I would highly recommend the Seatucket Cottage.
