Tastefully refreshed and decorated, this cottage offers an open living, dining, kitchen and quaint enclosed porch, 2 ample bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with tub/shower. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and bedroom 2 has a twin with a trundle. Two, very comfortable, inflatable twin mattresses are available for additional sleeping as well as a pack-n-play for little beach bums.

    Perfect Oceanside Cottage

    This little cottage is our favorite. This is our 3rd year staying here for multiple weeks in the summer with our family and the location cannot be beat. Clean cottage with all the amenities!

    Super cute, clean and comfortable. The location can't be beat. Owners were kind and easy to work with. The only thing missing is an outdoor shower but the owners are considering one for next year!

    Cutest little cottage in Falmouth

    Had the best week here with my husband and two kids. The owners were very knowledgeable of the area and suggested some really great places to eat. Everything was very clean and could tell that it was a well cared for property. Best part was proximity to the beach! Literally a 2 minute walk down the street. We will be back this summer!

    So cute,immaculate, steps to beach!

    Had a delightful few days in this lovely little cottage. Owners provided games and beach toys etc for the kids. Had lunch at Shipwrecked a short walk away.
    Would definitely stay here again for a longer stretch!
    We especially liked that the beach was around the corner!!

    Perfect Cape getaway

    We have a wonderful time during our 3 night stay! The first thing we noticed when we walked in was all the cute beach decor and how well everything went together! The house felt cozy and inviting. We did a decent amount of cooking and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and kitchenware in general. One of our favorite things about the house was the location….it was so close to the beach (walking distance). Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!
