The home has 4 bedrooms upstairs and sleeps 10. The master bedroom has a queen bed with 1/2 bath attached, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, 3rd bedroom has a full-size bed, and the 4th bedroom for the kids has a day/trundle twin bed and twin bunk beds. The updated kitchen includes granite countertops, a wine refrigerator, 2 dishwashers for easy clean-up and opens up to great room with sliding doors to deck with water views. The dining room table accommodates up to 10 guests. For family movie night, cozy up on the large sectional sofa and watch movies on the 55” TV. Quiet family neighborhood.

Property is steps from beautiful Waquiot Bay, 1/10 mile from boat launch/water access. Relax on the deck or by the smokeless solo fire pit. Kayak or boat to & around Washburn Island & explore the beautiful beaches only accessible by kayak or boat. Enjoy the local beaches (Menauhant Beach, South Cape Beach), Bad Martha's Brewery, Cape Cod Winery, Main St. Falmouth, Woods Hole, Shining Sea Bike Path, golf, or take the ferry to Martha's Vineyard for the day.

We have available for your use a double kayak, 3 single kayaks and a double inflatable kayak. Additionally there is a sunfish with trailer for experienced sailors (trailer hitch required, we have the ball). All can be launched at boat ramp 1/10 mi away.

    We have been visiting Waquiot Bay for several years and love it so much we decided to buy a place! We purchased this home in March 2022 and are new to vacation rental ownership. We hope you love our place and Waquiot Bay as much as we do! We are open to suggestions to make your stay more convenient and enjoyable.

    What is special about this property?
    I love how close this home is to this incredibly beautiful body of water. We love to kayak, paddle board, sail, kite surf and hang out on the beaches within Waquiot Bay that you can only get to by water. We love that we can zip over to Martha's Vineyard from our bay on a motor boat and be there in 30 minutes. I love the quiet family neighborhood and neighbors. I love that there is a neighborhood boat ramp 1/10 mi from the property and deeded access to water/stairs (under repair and not for use this season) just 50 yards from my back door. I love seeing the water from my deck and great room. It's our little slice of heaven that we can only enjoy once in a while due to jobs/kids. So we'd like to share it with you when we are not using it.

    What is special about your town?
    Falmouth has so much to offer and it's not just alive in the summer. Falmouth is alive year round and is very easy to access. There are tons of beautiful beaches, bike paths, water activities, wineries, breweries, ferries to the Vinyard and Nantucket, great shopping/restaurants, hikes. You name it, Falmouth has it. A vacation vibe with conveniences that are both enjoyable and necessary!
