Beautiful East Falmouth Beach House with in-law suite

We rented over the Thanksgiving holiday. We needed a large place where extended family could gather and this worked perfectly. Lots of room, including a large sunroom big enough for Thanksgiving dinner, as well as game nights! The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds really comfortable. We had everything we needed!
Nicole was great to work with. Very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions.

What a perfect family vacation we had in Falmouth and a lot of the reason why it was so perfect was because of the house and its location! Let's start with the house! It was gorgeous- so beautifully decorated and very spacious! We could play board games/card games in the big sun room or all be together in the family room watching a movie. The furniture was so comfortable, from the couches to the beds, and the temperature could be controlled in every room. The backyard had a fire pit, which was perfect for s'mores and being together at night! The kids would also play spike ball or can jam in the front yard.
The location was great too. We were a couple of miles from the beach so we would either bike or drive there. We could also walk or drive to places for ice cream or other food. It was also a short drive to town or to take the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. One thing we absolutely loved was the dog park that was about a 5 minute drive. We brought our 2 dogs there twice a day. So not only did we have a wonderful vacation, but our dogs did too!
We would absolutely stay here again. The owner was very accommodating and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect! Thank you for an amazing family vacation! show more show less

Our family stayed here with my brother's family. It was perfect. The porch off the back is such a great place for game nights, meals, or to look out into the backyard. Bedrooms were roomy (especially a HUGE room for all the kids to stay together!) and beds were super comfortable. The owner was responsive within minutes (only a quick wifi issue!) and truly interested in making our stay comfortable. The house was clean and equipped. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

We enjoyed a lovely long weekend at Nicole's home. We were close to restaurants,stores and beaches. The home had everything you could need. The beds were very comfortable! The outdoor fire pit was very nice.
I would highly recommend staying here!

This house is beautiful! The furnishings were very comfortable and the rooms spacious. We loved the sunroom! The fire pit was a great addition! We only saw the downstairs renter once or twice, but we invited him for s'mores and he accepted! He is very friendly! Although we had to drive to the beach, we ended up getting a beach pass, so it was an easy drive. The ferry to Martha's Vineyard was conveniently located and was a great day trip there. We even made the drive to Provincetown. This house was big enough for us to stay with my sister's family. The cousins had so much fun!! Great memories!! We would definitely consider renting there again! Nicole was very accommodating and quick to respond if we had any questions. show more show less

My long weekend stay at Nicole and Ramiro's was fantastic. This home has plenty of space for family and friends. It has everything you need to enjoy yourself for a night in and it is close to great beaches, restaurants, ice cream and sight seeing. I highly recommend and will be staying again!

I had a wonderful stay at Nicole and Ramiro's property! The house was at the end of a quiet street with lots of privacy and plenty of parking, and in a great location - only a short drive to both the beach and downtown Falmouth. The large open concept living space on the first floor was the perfect place to gather with family, and all the bedrooms were large and airy with room to sleep the whole family. I would definitely stay again!
