House features first floor living with one King bed, one Queen bed & 4 bunk beds, two full baths and an outdoor shower.

Secluded beach access to Great Pond is only a 5 minute walk from the house, where you can kayak, swim and sit on the small beach area.

Close proximity to Downtown Falmouth (1.7 miles) where you can enjoy shopping, dining at great restaurants, ice cream, Cape Cod League Baseball games and much more fun for the entire family.
