We stayed at this home for 10 days in February while and really enjoyed our stay. The Cape in the winter is a special place and this house was perfect for us to relax and enjoy the peacefulness of winter on Cape Cod. The house was so clean and is much larger than I expected, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed to cook full meals. The coffee bar was a nice touch, I loved the Nespresso machine. The neighborhood was quiet and it was a quick drive to get to all our favorite restaurants. While it was too cold for us to enjoy the back yard, I can imagine in the spring and summer it is the perfect place to hang out! We are going to try to come back in the summer so we can enjoy it!

We had a lovely stay at this home. The house was large enough for my group of 10 and also 1 dog! The living room had a very comfortable, large sectional and the TV had HBO and Disney already set up which was nice. Our kids enjoyed hanging out in the finished basement and playing the Xbox that was provided down there. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and we really appreciated the coffee bar, especially the Nespresso machine and pods. Location was great, quite neighborhood but only a quick drive to Main Street Falmouth were we had dinner one night!

We would love to come back again!

We stayed at this house over New Years and had an amazing time! The location was perfect for us, in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. We went downtown to Main Street and enjoyed eating at Anejo, a suggestion by our host, Jennifer, and loved it! Was a quick drive from the house. The house had a nice grill on the deck we were able to grill out for our family, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The house had plenty of space for our entire family and our kids really enjoyed hanging out in the basement and playing the Xbox that was there. The beds were all very comfortable as well and we appreciated all the extra touches that were provided, like shampoo, lotion, cotton balls, and qtips. The coffee bar was also amazing every morning and had everything we needed to make a great cup.

We will certainly be staying here again on any future trips to Cape Cod.

We had an amazing stay over Christmas at this home! Jennifer was so helpful from the moment we booked. She made sure we had everything we needed to cook a Christmas dinner, the kitchen was so well stocked and my son loved the Nespresso machine, she even it had it stocked with the Nespresso Pods! The house was decorated for Christmas which was a really special touch. There was plenty of space for our family to hang out. We enjoyed the large TV in the living room that already had all the apps downloaded and logged in so we could watch movies. The outside deck was really nice and the yard was large, it was a bit cold during our stay but in the summer I'd imagine its lovely to spend time out there. We can't wait to come back next year!

Our stay at this home was fantastic! The four bedrooms provided ample space for our group, and being pet-friendly made it even better for our dogs. Smart TVs and A/C units in each room ensured comfort. The living room and basement offered great relaxation spots.

We love to cook and the kitchen was well-equipped! I really appreciated the proximity to golf course and shopping centers. It made getting around seamless. Jen provided thoughtful touches, like toiletries, which made our stay comfortable. Highly recommend this gem for a memorable Cape Cod getaway!

My family and I stayed at Blueberry over Thanksgiving in order to be close to my grandparents that live in E. Falmouth. We had a fantastic stay! We were able to host Thanksgiving for our family and had plenty of space along with all the necessary items to cook a full meal! Jennifer was incredibly helpful prior to our arrival making sure the kitchen would be stocked with everything needed for the meal. She also included a nice welcome basket filled with snacks and drinks for us. The house as spacious and we loved all the streaming services and the fact that every room has a smart TV, I even got to watch my football game! The backyard was great and would be perfect during warmer months to enjoy. We will certainly be back again.

We really enjoyed our stay on this property. We had everything we need to hang out for a few days there, kitchen was loaded for our buddy who cooks a lot and the backyard setup had nice grill and space for us to enjoy a yard for the weekend. Good proximity to the place we ventured when we explored the area. Would come back!

We loved our stay at this home! The house was perfect for our group and my dog! We loved the large sofa, it was so comfortable for watching movies on the huge TV. The Nespresso machine was a treat every morning and the kitchen had everything you need to make a meal plus some! Jennifer was an excellent host and always communicated well. The location was great for us! We loved going out a few restaurants on Main Street and we took the Ferry to Martha's Vineyard one day as well. We can't wait to come back again. 23 Blueberry Lane located in a very quiet neighborhood was the perfect home for our family of 4 adults and one child Cape Cod vacation. Our host Jennifer was so attentive, responding quickly. Even leaving a much appreciated welcome basket. The house was exactly as described and pictured. Four large bedrooms with comfortable beds. The living room very spacious with large rap- around couch. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of room. Our 2 year old granddaughter enjoyed playing hide and seek in the finished basement. The backyard was large and private. Our 2 dogs and granddaughter had so much running around the yard. The location was perfect. Beaches, restaurants, shopping and ferry to Martha's Vineyard only 10 minutes away. We explored the island visiting several Cape towns all within 1/2 hour-45 minutes away. Provincetown an hour and half and worth the drive. We absolutely loved our time on Cape Cod and plan to return next year. Thank you Jennifer it was a fantastic trip!

We have a great stay at this home over Labor Day weekend. The house was perfect and exactly as described. We got to enjoy the nice deck and back yard while grilling out! The fire pit was really nice in the evening. Our whole family was comfortable. The kids enjoyed the backyard games, especially the Giant Connect 4! The TV in the living room was huge and it was a nice surprise that HBO and Disney was included along with live TV. The location was great, the beach was about 10 min drive and she included all beach supplies which was helpful, even kids toys! We can't wait to come back again on our next family trip!

Everything about this place was fantastic! We had a great location for the Falmouth road race. The welcome basket made it even better. Jennifer was super responsive and even had someone bring trash bags when we ran out which was super nice! Would definitely book again

I could not recommend this relaxing getaway enough. The house was clean, nice, and spacious and the backyard was perfection. We enjoyed the firepit and outdoors games. The location was perfect! We were close to restaurants, local shops, the beach and of course- the Golf Course. The house had everything we needed and the hostess was the upmost professional and courteous to our needs. 10/10 This will be a repeat visit.

Very comfortable home, with a great private backyard. Tremendously well equipped, Jennifer thinks of everything her guests will need. Very convenient to downtown Falmouth and Woods Hole. Highly recommend.

I had the most wonderful time during my stay in Cape Cod! This home was incredibly spacious, providing ample room for everyone. My 3-year-old was absolutely delighted, running around the yard freely without a care in the world. The fire pit added a charming touch to our evenings, creating warm, memorable moments under the starlit sky.

What truly made this experience special was the feeling of home the place exuded. Despite its size, it felt incredibly cozy and inviting. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities that made our stay comfortable and convenient. Moreover, the location was perfect, with so many attractions and activities just a stone's throw away.

We decided on a last minute beach getaway to Cape Cod to escape the city heat and we could not be happier with Jennifer's place. Jennifer was a great host who was available to answer any questions and gave great recommendations.
Upon arriving we were welcomed by a lovely basket including some essentials and treats. The house is clean and comfortable with a lot of attention to detail. It's an overall great space - more than enough room for two of us and our dog. Our pup loved running around in the backyard (the yard is not entirely closed in though- something to keep in mind in case your dog is not able to be off leash). We especially loved the deck and fire pit.
The house is located on a quiet street and is close( few mins driving) to several beaches, restaurants, bars, a winery and the ferry to Martha's Vineyard.
Overall, it's a comfortable space in a great location for a beach getaway. It's an ideal place to relax. We would absolutely stay again.

From the moment we booked with Jennifer, she was super easy to communicate with. The house was just as described. We have stayed at a few other rentals and this has, by far, been the best. It offered everything you could possibly need, and more. My family stayed here with my sister's family, total of 7 people, and it was enough room for us all. If we return to the Cape, we would definitely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The house is close to Silver Beach, one of our favorite beaches and is a short drive to downtown Falmouth.

My wife is an interior decorator and even with her discerning eye, she gave it a strong thumbs up and told me she would stay there again.

Amazing stay! Jennifer kindly accepted our reservation last minute, after a mishap with another house we were supposed to stay in- to say the least it was a blessing in disguise! We loved it. Jennifer was very responsive and went above and beyond to help us out.
Anyone looking to stay: the bedrooms are a very nice size (especially the ones upstairs). Kitchen is well equipped, backyard is large, and it is close to trails and within 10 minutes of stores.

From the second we booked 23 Blueberry Lane Jennifer was extremely responsive, friendly, and flexible. She allowed us to check in early, and once we arrived, the house was spotless, and there was a beautiful welcome basket and card waiting for us. The house had a beautiful backyard, which was perfect for our city pups to run around. 23 Blueberry Lane was so cozy and Jennifer provided us with TONS of recommendations on where to eat, things to do, and more. Jennifer was an amazing host and we couldn't recommend 23 Blueberry Lane more- 10/10 experience and we will definitely be back!!
