    My name is Jennifer and I fell in love with the Cape a few years ago when visiting Falmouth for the first time to visit my in laws. We recently purchased the Blueberry house in 2022 and I have loved being a short term rental host! I've created a very thorough (in my humble opinion :) ) guide book that includes everything from my favorite beaches to my favorite cocktails! I am available for any inquires you have leading up to and through out your entire stay.

    What is special about this property?
    Our house sits in a quite neighborhood in E. Falmouth less than 5 minutes from the Falmouth Country Club (so bring your golf clubs!) and is a 10 minute drive to multiple area beaches. We have a large backyard with lots of seating, a firepit, a grill, and games to keep you entertained. We offer a great coffee bar with a drip coffee pot and Nespresso Machine (pods, coffee, tea, and sugar all provided for you). If you have a competitive streak, head down to the basement and play a game of pop-a-shot or giant connect 4. The living room boasts one of the most comfortable sectionals we've ever sat on along with a 60 inch Smart TV that includes HBO, Disney+, Netflix and YoutubeTV.

    What is special about your town?
    E. Falmouth is the quintessential Cape Cod town. Take a stroll down Main Street and grab some ice cream at Ben & Bill's before venturing into Anejo to catch a vibe and sip a margarita.
