Welcome to our four bedroom cottage with one full and two partial baths, a spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen! We have a total of 2 queen beds on the first floor, and 2 fulls, 2 twins, and 1 queen bed on the second floor, making it a perfect cottage for families to rent.

There is an open grass backyard for parking and a view of the ocean from the back porch. From the front porch, you can watch all the beach-goers pass by, whether on foot, by bike, or in cars!

It is approximately 250 feet from the beach so whether you like to swim, build sand castles, or just soak in the sun, rent our cottage for a great experience at New Silver Beach.
