We had such a great stay at this house! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for the week. It was thoughtfully stocked with everyday essentials, beach supplies, bug spray, and even everything we needed for the fire pit, which we really appreciated.

The location was perfect and made it easy to get to the beach, restaurants, and other spots around the area. We especially loved being so close to Coffee Obsession—we ended up going there every morning!

We traveled with young kids, and the house was very family-friendly with plenty of children's books and games to keep them entertained. The host was responsive, easy to communicate with, and made everything seamless. We'd definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the SeaBrad was absolutely wonderful! The house had everything we needed for the most relaxing Cape Cod vacation. It was fully stocked for home-cooked meals and was conveniently located just minutes from Falmouth Center and several beautiful beaches.

We especially appreciated all the thoughtful extras, including beach chairs, beach toys, and boogie boards, which made our beach days so easy and enjoyable. While the bikes were a bit too big for our kids, it wasn't an issue at all—they had a blast playing the board games and cornhole that were provided.

The SeaBrad truly felt like a home away from home. We highly recommend this beautiful property to anyone visiting Cape Cod, and we can't wait to come back again soon!

I rented this home for 3 days for my 2 sons and families (8 in total). They found the rental clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed. The large deck was a great place to eat as it was under the shade of trees and had not only a table with chairs but a large sofa as well. Given the extreme heat during their stay, they were happy to have central AC. For those not familiar with the area, the location was terrific as it was within a short walking distance of the charming downtown.
I must also say the owner was very responsive to a question we had.

This was our second time staying in Falmouth, and staying here made it even better than the first. The house is in a peaceful neighborhood, yet it's only a short walk to downtown. We loved being so close to the Shining Sea Bikeway—we brought our own bikes but loved being able to use the bikes at the house when we had additional family join us for the weekend.
Our kids had a great time using the sports gear at the ball field just down the street, reading the kid books, and playing chess. The house itself was spotless and stocked with everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to plenty of fresh linens and towels. What stood out just as much as the home was how responsive and thoughtful the owners were—they made sure everything was smooth from start to finish. Our 2 week stay was everything we could have hoped for. Highly recommend :)

We had a fantastic 10 day stay in this beautiful home. Would highly recommend both the accommodation and the location. The house was really clean and well presented - just how it looked in the photos. The area close to the house was peaceful & quiet but within a short walk of the center of Falmouth with great restaurants and shops. A super spot for adventuring around the cape and the Islands.

We spent our summer vacation in Falmouth. This house is a great size, has everything you need, and is very comfortable. The back deck is excellent for sitting out and having whatever meals possible outdoors.
There is also an outdoor shower and nothing beats an outdoor shower on the cape.
It is an easy walk to downtown from the house, so you can go get some delicious pasteries or ice cream and the walk off a few of the calories.

The owner was incredibly responsive and communicative. She was able to accommodate our family and travel needs. We loved the location of the house, making it easy for us to get to parks/playgrounds, the Falmouth downtown area, beaches, and the bike trail. The kids found plenty of items to keep them busy- from a kick ball and wiffle ball, card games, and children's books for bedtime stories. Coffee on the back deck was a highlight of my day, sitting and taking in the sound of the birds, and the trees. It was great to also have the outdoor shower to get all cleaned off so as not to track sand in the house after the beach. Loved the solo firepit and adirondack chairs as well as the hammock. The house was charming, clean, organized, and functional. You could tell thought and care were put into making things just right.

Our family has been vacationing in Falmouth for the past 9 years. We love to stay near the downtown area. Trish and Chris's place is in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood very close to downtown. We used the deck to relax and play games of chess and scrabble. And we used the bikes to go to the beach and the sports equipment to play basketball in the nearby park. The house is immaculately clean. And the kitchen is very well stocked with new items. It was also nice to have linens, towels and even beach towels provided for our use. We spent most of the vacation outside, either at the house or walking around Falmouth to the excellent selection of restaurants downtown. You can even walk to the bakery and bring back delicious pastries for the family. We highly recommend this location!

This is a charming rental in a great location. The house was clean and in excellent condition. It was well equipped with all the necessities. The owners are wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this rental property!

We recently stayed at Trish and Chris's home on the cape. It was a great experience for many reasons. The home was well equipped with everything we needed!. Kitchen supplies, towels linens, bikes and other water toys. It was spacious, decorated beautifully and located in walking distance to the town. The beach was a short drive too - about a mile ! The home was immaculate!!! So clean!!! Great spot. We will return next summer!!! Thank you!!

We had an excellent long weekend in Falmouth in September. The house is super comfortable, well-equipped and impeccably clean. Great space for two families (4 adults & 4 kids) even during wetter weather than we had hoped for. The deck backs on to woodland, so feels like a nice private space. Brilliantly convenient location, easy walking distance to the charming main street with shops and restaurants, and a great playground.
The owners were very easy to communicate with leading up to our stay and went above and beyond to be accommodating.

The home was impeccably clean, tidy and very comfortable. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the deck was great to hang out on with family after a day at the beach. The home was well equipped with everything we needed to cook or day trip to the beach. It is situated very close to the downtown area with great restaurants. It was absolutely perfect for our vacation. We look forward to returning in the future.

We had a wonderful time, staying with friends and family at this perfectly located home in Falmouth. The house is absolutely adorable, recently updated, the most adorable coastal touches, and everything we needed was pretty much provided. 04 bedrooms were a good sized, and everything recently updated. What a fabulous location. We were able to walk into the town of Falmouth with ease, take a day trip to Martha's Vineyard, and enjoy the local beaches. Trisha what is a fabulous host, and we hope to stay again next summer.
