The house is 1.2 miles or a 24 minute walk to Surf Drive Beach, enjoy nearby Falmouth Heights Beach, and a short drive to Chapoquoit and Old Silver Beaches. Want a fun day trip..take the passenger-only ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Walk or bike the Shining Sea Bike Path, or enjoy historic Woods Hole.

This turn-key, home has gleaming hardwood floors, light-filled living room with cozy potbelly gas stove. A beautiful eat-in kitchen with white cabinetry, quartz counters & all new stainless steel appliances & fully equipped for the home cook.

There are four bedrooms, two on the first floor (one with a queen bed, and the other with two twin beds) and full bath. The second floor has two bedrooms (both with queen beds). The second full bath is on the lower level along with the washer & dryer. You can comfortably sleep 6 to 8 people.

The new large backyard deck with a grill, table & chairs for outdoor dining and seating, overlooks conservation land in the backyard. Enjoy the outdoor shower after a long day at the beach. There is also a fire pit to gather around in the evenings.

    Fall weekend with friends

    We had an excellent long weekend in Falmouth in September. The house is super comfortable, well-equipped and impeccably clean. Great space for two families (4 adults & 4 kids) even during wetter weather than we had hoped for. The deck backs on to woodland, so feels like a nice private space. Brilliantly convenient location, easy walking distance to the charming main street with shops and restaurants, and a great playground.

    The home was impeccably clean, tidy and very comfortable. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the deck was great to hang out on with family after a day at the beach. The home was well equipped with everything we needed to cook or day trip to the beach. It is situated very close to the downtown area with great restaurants. It was absolutely perfect for our vacation. We look forward to returning in the future.

    Perfect stay

    We had a wonderful time, staying with friends and family at this perfectly located home in Falmouth. The house is absolutely adorable, recently updated, the most adorable coastal touches, and everything we needed was pretty much provided. 04 bedrooms were a good sized, and everything recently updated. What a fabulous location. We were able to walk into the town of Falmouth with ease, take a day trip to Martha's Vineyard, and enjoy the local beaches.     We spent many a summers vacationing on the Cape as children, then with our own family, and large extended family. They were some of our most cherished memories. In 2018, we rented in Falmouth Village, it soon became our favorite Cape Cod location. The walk to Town Center with its restaurants, bars, shops, and Surf Dr. Beach provided something for everyone. We hope you find it to be your favorite summer vacation spot, creating your own cherished Cape Cod memories.

    Making your stay at our home as comfortable, seamless, and enjoyable is our top priority. We will provide a welcome email that gives you arrival and household information details.
