The perfect place for our little family and friends vacation. Prime location and the house is exactly as it is advertised. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

Great spot in Cape Cod! Minutes from the beach, restaurants and shopping. Hosts were very responsive and friendly! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet spot that's a short drive to everything.

Our stay with family and friends this weekend was great! A bunch of us ran the Falmouth road race and this house was in a great location for everything. A short drive but also far enough away to feel separated from hustle and bustle the busy weekend. The house was so cute and clean. The kitchen was amazing and had literally anything you could need which was helpful for us because we made dinner each night we were there. The appliances are all brand new. Both showers are excellent (indoor and outdoor). The beds are SUPER comfortable - I honestly slept better than in my own bed. The weekend was humid but the window AC units were more than enough and made the house nice and comfortable which was great, especially for sleeping at night. There are ample supplies at this house for grilling, going to the beach, hanging out and playing games (chairs, coolers, grill tools, baggy boards, toys and games). I would 10/10 recommend this property and look forward to staying here again! The communication with the host was on point and they even left us a welcome basket :)

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The home was everything as listed and fit our family of 4 perfectly. My kids loved the outdoor shower and my husband and I really enjoyed being able to eat on the deck. The home was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The beach was a very short drive and we were also close to the town center for some shopping and dinner. We highly recommend staying here!

Just Chillin' was everything we wanted for our first trip to Cape Cod. The house was very comfortable and cool. The window units kept the house as cool as any of us wanted. The beds were comfortable, and I liked that there were options for pillows.

The house is close to beaches, restaurants, and the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. The manual was very helpful for us.

Just Chillin' is a great get-away. It's both relaxing and well-appointed. It has all new appliances and supplies for every situation (though we mostly used the beach gear. We'll have to try the fire pit and the grill next time). We moved to Massachusetts recently and this was our first trip to the Cape. We had three generations staying there and we all had a wonderful time. Falmouth's La Maison Villatte lived up to the hype and was our go-to daily pastry/coffee/lunch-sandwich morning stop on the way to the beach. We would definitely come back!

Thank you so much for having us , was a great way to spend our birthday weekend. Will definitely book again. Love the outdoor shower and the master bed was so comfortable!! I didn't wanna leave

We had a great time staying at the beautiful home in East Falmouth! The house was spacious and well appointed in a quiet neighborhood, but was still within walking distance to Bad Martha's Brewery, which was a nice bonus.

We had a great time playing air hockey and foosball in the basement and LOVED the beautiful outdoor shower after getting home from the beach!

Chuck and Erin were amazing hosts! They were super responsive if we had a question and made sure everything that we needed was in the house and available. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time at this well-equipped vacation home in East Falmouth. The managers were proactive, friendly and helpful, with personalized touches. The owner's booklet had great local recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and shopping.The house is in a convenient location, close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. It was recently renovated with new appliances and a fully equipped kitchen. The large living room is perfect to unwind and play games or read. We enjoyed the spacious outdoor shower, large yard and ample parking.The patio is a lovely spot to enjoy the trees and chirping birds. The owners use natural cleaning products, which are available. Linens and towels are provided in abundance, as well as beach chairs and supplies. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to all the action– went to Mashpee Commons, Downtown Falmouth, Menauhant Beach, Wood's Hole. We had more beds than we needed for the space of the home. We would definitely recommend it!

We loved our stay! The space is clean and loved the design, inspired ideas for my own home. Kitchen has almost any appliance you can imagine and is tastefully decorated (appears to be recently renovated). Beds are super comfy and I can be picky with a prior back injury. Can't wait to return for the outdoor shower - beautifully built by the owner. Plus fire pit and deck look perfect for summer nights. Great layout for socializing and close location to all the key spots plus so close to the MV ferry! Will definitely return if I can get a reservation as this is a newish listing so may go quick.
