Nicely appointed with four bunks that are big enough for an adult and a primary bedroom with a queen-size bed. This cottage is great for families, couples or individuals that just want a peaceful retreat.
We are within .25 miles of the private beach. The neighborhood is great for walking and riding bikes.

Furry Friends: We absolutely adore dogs and would love to welcome yours! Pet Policy — we must be notified prior to your arrival that you’ll be bringing a pup. Owners are responsible for picking up all waste and alerting us if there have been any accidents inside so that we can resolve properly. Absolute maximum is 1 pet per stay. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit. Additionally, there is a $125 nonrefundable pet fee per stay. This does not cover any potential damage caused by pets. Please let us know if anything happens during your stay and we will work with you to resolve it.

    We purchased this home in this location, because it offers a little bit of everything. We want our clients to feel comfortable. We love our cottage we find it relaxing and a great escape.

    What is special about this property?
    This property is in a great location. Only minutes to the private beach, a great area to walk and bike. After a long day at the beach the back patio and fire pit are a relaxing retreat. It offers a flat fenced in corner lot that has a slit water view from in the house and on the deck.

    What is special about your town?
    The town of Falmouth offers great shopping, restaurants, beaches and an amazing bike path. It is very accessible to the Steamship ferry and the Island Queen ferry to get to Marthas Vinyard and Nantucket.
