Welcome to Falmouth Heights! Our cape-style home is the perfect blend - a great location, enough space for larger families, a fantastic outdoor space, and best of all just an easy 7-minute walk to Falmouth Heights or Bristol Beach!

On the inside a brand new (2023) fully stocked kitchen and large dining and living room spaces provide all the comforts of home, with two fully renovated bathrooms (2023 - one on each floor). Additionally, four bedrooms (one on first floor, three on second floor) with sleeping accommodations for 11 ensure that you have enough space for larger or extended families or two smaller families. All linens and towels are provided.

Outside you'll find both a good size deck and a patio/fire pit area with propane grill perfect for your summer cookout, and rinse the sand off in our enclosed outdoor shower. We have a good size, fenced in yard great for our provided yard games or letting the kids run around.

We're assuming you're heading to the beach - but don't worry about lugging your supplies from home. Use our provided wagon, beach chairs, towels, and coolers to make the easy 8-minute walk to your choice of Falmouth Heights or Bristol Beaches. Do bring along your kayak or paddleboard though, we're just a two minute walk to a launching point on Little Pond where you can spend a morning or evening unwinding on the water.

Speaking of walking, we're just an 11-minute walk from the Island Queen ferry to Martha's Vineyard, as well as Shipwrecked and Soprano's restaurants overlooking Falmouth Heights Beach. Falmouth Raw Bar, Pier 37 Boathouse, and the Flying Bridge (a favorite of ours) restaurants - all overlooking Falmouth Harbor - are under 20 minutes walking or just a short drive away. Downtown Falmouth with various restaurants and shops is just a 5 minute drive away as well.

Weather not cooperating? We provide numerous TV's with plenty of streaming options, books, and board games to make sure everyone can stay entertained. A partly finished basement ensures that everyone can also have their own space if they need it. This is our part time summer home as well - so we've tried to provide everything we can think of that would make for a comfortable stay without having to lug half your home along with you. read more show less
