Hello and thanks for checking out our page! We're Steve and Kelley, from North Attleboro, MA. We both were lucky enough to grow up coming to Falmouth with our respective families and both dreamt of being able to have a place of our own in town. In 2017 Steve was able to purchase a home in Falmouth Heights as a part time summer home and part time vacation rental, and after a few years of dating we tied the knot on Falmouth Heights Beach in 2020! With a toddler in tow and another on the way, retired parents, and numerous nieces and nephews that we want to be able to share the Falmouth Heights experience with, we sold our previous home and purchased our current home in late 2022 to be able to have a little more space for everyone. We are excited about not only being able make new memories of our own but hopefully be a part of others' memories as well.

What is special about this property?
We feel like this home is the perfect blend of location and size and outdoor space, which is what drew us to it initially. Being able to have a 10 minute or less walk to beaches and restaurants and a short drive to pretty much everything in town is what kept us in Falmouth Heights. The house itself has an amazing yard (somewhat rare in this area) with a deck, patio, outdoor shower, and plenty of room for yard games and running around, on top of being on a pretty quiet street with plenty of parking. Inside, being able to have plenty of sleeping accommodations for family but still have enough living space when everyone is there was very attractive to us. We're working hard to bring our own coastal style along with upgrades to the kitchen and baths, so we're excited about the uniqueness that this home will offer all our prospective guests, nevermind ourselves!

What is special about your town?
Falmouth offers so much without all of the hassle of getting to mid- or lower-Cape during the summer. Numerous beach options, great restaurants - and now breweries - all within minutes, two different ferries to Martha's Vineyard, a quaint downtown, and other outdoor attractions like Cape Cod League Baseball, the Knob, and Nobska Lighthouse provide so much to do. And while you don't have to leave town to have a great time, getting down Cape for a day if you want is a lot easier when you're already half-way there - we enjoy heading over to Hyannis for a whale watch or taking a ride down to the National Seashore for the day. Falmouth provides a great home base regardless of whether you just want to have everything close by or want to explore all of Cape Cod during your stay!
