We've had an exceptional stay in this beautiful house recently renovated with love and attention to details. It is by far the best place we've rented on a Cape I think ever. Clean, modern, inviting and really wonderful.
The host anticipated our needs and went above and beyond in providing supplies for beach and grill. Super fast communication, explanation and follow-up.
It's a keeper - we would definitely seek to stay in this place again!

We came to Falmouth for my sons' curling event, and we needed to find a place to stay that was relatively close. We were so lucky to find this beautifully renovated home owned by Evgenia! She was very communicative and thoughtful every step of the way, and even left some snacks for the boys!

The home is well stocked, with an amazing coffee and espresso bar. The place is spotless, very comfortable, great location and neighborhood, and is furnished with quality items.

We would definitely love to stay here again the next time we are in the area. Highly recommended!!! show more show less

We stayed here as a family of five. The house is absolutely spotless, very comfortable and charming, with absolutely everything you could possibly need. The kitchen as well stocked, the two coffee makers are fantastic, the beds are very comfortable. It is located on a very quiet street, with a beautiful backyard, with lots of seating areas and a lovely fireplace. The house is very conveniently located, and an easy drive to all the wonderful beaches, as well as the town center. The owner is very responsive, a pleasure to deal with. Cute and cozy house, make it feels like home. The house has pretty much everything that a family need for a stay. We liked the location too because it's equal proximity to multiple beaches in the area, to the ferry to Martha's Vineyard and other attractions.
