Welcome to our stunning 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom + Loft vacation rental in the charming Falmouth Heights neighborhood of Cape Cod! This is your chance to experience the best of Falmouth in a brand-new construction home.

Inside, you'll find spacious and beautifully designed rooms, with comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests. The main floor primary bedroom features a king-size bed, while two other bedrooms offer queen-size beds. The fourth bedroom is perfect for the kids with two twin beds. The loft features a pull-out sleeper sofa for additional guests. Besides the primary main floor bedroom, all other bedrooms + loft are located upstairs. Bath locations: half bath off the living area, 1 full bath in primary bedroom, 1 full bath upstairs (with tub).

For your comfort, our home boasts central air conditioning with two zones (up & down), ensuring everyone stays cool and comfortable during those warm summer days. Smart TV's are located in 5 rooms in the home, allowing you to stream your favorite shows and movies. No need to overpack - we have a washer and dryer available for your use. Relax and unwind in our 3-season room. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the convenient access to the Shining Sea Bikeway. Bike to Woods Hole! Your furry friends are welcome here, thanks to our pet-friendly status and fully fenced-in backyard where they can play safely. Parking for up to 3 cars, including a 1-car garage.

The location couldn't be more ideal. You're just a short stroll away from Main Street, where you'll discover a wide array of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Planning a day trip to Martha's Vineyard? The Island Queen Ferry is within walking distance. Stocking up on supplies is a breeze with several grocery stores nearby.     Beautiful family home!

    Wow, what an amazing stay our family had! This house is gorgeous and has everything you need for the perfect getaway. Not only is everything brand new, it's thoughtfully designed and laid out. The home has an open floor plan while still maintaining privacy. The front porch, fenced in backyard, and 3 season room were really nice added bonuses that we don't typically find in vacation rentals. Even on the one rainy day we had, we always felt like we had plenty of space. The furniture is very comfortable and the amenities make for a really relaxing, stress-free vacation.

    The location is also great—quick trips to the grocery store, beaches, parks, and downtown. The owners couldn't have been more accommodating. They ensured everything went smoothly. We can't wait to come back!     show more show less

    Beautiful house and lovely stay

    We were so happy to stay at this lovely home! It is brand new and very well-appointed, beautifully and simply decorated (in the best way—no clutter) and nicely located. We just wish we had longer and better weather to enjoy the lovely back porch and patio/grille, but the inside is so fresh and spacious that we never felt trapped. The owners are also lovely and super accommodating and helpful!

    Stay here on your next trip to the Cape!

    We LOVED staying here! Beautifully designed and furnished home with everything you need. The living areas are luxurious yet comfortable, the kitchen is well-appointed, the sun room is a great space for coffee, cocktails and a good book. Bedrooms are super comfortable. Lovely town, nearby nice beaches, close to both the Shining Sea and Cape Cod Canal bike trails. These hosts have created a wonderful space for your next getaway!

    Hello! I (Heidi) grew up vacationing on Cape Cod every summer. My grandparents would rent a home, and everyone was invited! When they passed away and that tradition ended, my husband (Chris) and I decided it was time to look for our own home on the Cape. We chose 23 Kendall Lane because it is large enough for our families to visit and we love the proximity to the beaches and Main Street. Plus, it's brand new! Chris and I live in Fort Lauderdale, FL full-time and are happy to share this home with guests when we are not here!
