~ BEDROOMS ~
This gorgeous cape cottage accommodates 8 guests in 3 bedrooms across 1 floor of living. The primary bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed, desk, smart TV and exterior exit to the back deck with outdoor seating. Next to the primary bedroom is the second bedroom which offers a queen bed with smart TV.
The third and final bedroom is the largest and is located off the main living area. Here you will find 2 double beds, a smart TV, and desk area.
~ BATHROOM ~
There is one full updated bathroom on the main floor. It offers a tub/shower combo and comes fully stocked with bath towels, beach towels, hand towels and wash clothes, hair dryer, steamer, first aid kit, shampoo & conditioner, body wash, and more.
In the summer months, take advantage of the outdoor shower, a quintessential Cape Cod amenity!
~ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ~
The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home, including a blender, all-clad pots & pans, and a full coffee bar. The dining area seats 6 guests at the gorgeous wooden table, with the ability to add a leaf and seat a 8 guests. The table leaf is located in the closet in the living area.
Take advantage of open concept living with the large living area situated just off the kitchen & dining area. There is enough lounge seating to fit 8 comfortably in front of the 65'' Smart TV.
Downstairs in the finished basement you'll find a separate lounge area, perfect for as a kids hang out - equipped with an air hockey table, smart TV, boards games and futon for lounging.
Last but not least, guests will have access to the washer and dryer, located in the basement with detergent and hanging racks provided.
~ OUTSIDE SPACE ~
The exterior area of this home boasts multiple options for outdoor dining and lounging. The covered porch off the side of the house is furnished with dining and seating for 8, in addition to a cooler for drinks, bistro lights for ambiance, and a BBQ to grill up your favorite recipes. Let the kids or dogs run around in the large backyard and enjoy the yard games provided (stored in the shed). Enjoy the firepit with adirondack chairs for 8 and surrounded by solar powered bistro lights. Looking for some peace and quiet? Enjoy the back deck, tucked away under the shade and outfitted with outdoor loungers for the perfect reading or nap spot.
~ ASSOCIATION AMENTITIES ~
As a part of the Seacoast Shores Association, our guests have access to the private association beach, located just a 12 minute walk from the house. The Clubhouse pool offers a cool oasis for the entire family on hot summer days. A separate Kiddie Pool is also available during the summer. Not only for swimming, the pool area is also excellent for casual dining, reading, relaxing, and socializing. The tennis court is perfect an impromptu match or practice perfecting their game. Please note, the Clubhouse pool & tennis courts only avail May - Sept (exact dates TBD) weather permitting.
