Look no further than this newly renovated, designer Cape Cottage for your ideal summer getaway! The home boasts 3 comfortable bedrooms and full bath on the main floor and a separate kids' playroom with laundry in the basement. Experience outdoor living at its finest with a large backyard with yard games, outdoor dining with grill, propane fire pit, and outdoor shower.

Upon arriving, you'll encounter the large covered porch adorned with bistro lights, perfect for outdoor dining. Enter into the main living space with a fabulous open concept flow from the fully stocked kitchen, to the dining area, and large living room with 65'' smart TV for streaming all your favorite shows and movies.

Off the living room is the green bedroom with 2 Full beds, a desk area, and a smart TV. The primary bedroom includes a King bed, desk area, and smart TV. Finally the blue bedroom includes a Queen bed and smart TV. All bedrooms come set up with luxury bed linens and bath & beach towels for your stay.

The main living area as well as each bedroom is equipped with a it's own mini-split which both heats and cools. Each mini-split is individually controlled to your preferred temperature with provide remote.

We are a 1/2 mile or about 10 minute walk from the private Seacoast Shores Association Beach. We provide 8 beach chairs and rolling wagon for easy transport. There is also water access area at the end of our street for launching kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards. Falmouth & Mashpee have so much to offer and we are conveniently located between both! A 10 minute drive will get you to downtown Falmouth with tons of restaurants, bars, shopping, and the Island Queen Ferries to take you to Martha's Vineyard for the day. Popular Mashpee Commons also has fabulous shopping, restaurants, movie theater, grocery stores and more! Also in Mashpee is the Cape Cod Children's Museum. For the adults in the group, you'll find Bad Martha's Brewery less than a mile down the road, and Cape Cod Winery often with live entertainment just 2 miles further. Guests will have full access to the home, including the basement where laundry is located. We use a smart lock on the home for ease of check-in and no worries about carrying keys around with you. Check-in details will be provided 24-48 hrs in advance of your stay. There is parking for 3 cars in the driveway and more available on the street in front of the home.

*$25/per night pet fee. We kindly ask that you not leave them unattended in the home for long periods of time and use the covers provided on the furniture if your dog is used to being on furniture.
