What is special about this property?
This home was thoughtfully redesigned to make it easy and comfortable to live in. I expanded the kitchen and added a large island with generous counter space, making it ideal for multiple cooks, family meals, and relaxed entertaining. It's truly the heart of the house.

The first-floor bathroom was fully renovated with accessibility in mind, and the adjacent room is flexible—perfect as a den, bedroom for older guests, or a comfortable work-from-home office. These details make the home especially well suited for multi-generational stays.

Outdoors, I added a private patio with a dining area and grill, along with an outdoor shower for easy summer living. The pool is fully fenced, and there's an additional fenced area in the backyard so dogs can run and play. A firepit area with a smokeless Solo Yukon firepit creates a great gathering spot for cooler evenings.

The home is also exceptionally efficient. The central heating and cooling system was replaced, solar panels were added, and the house was designed to be comfortable in every season. The property is minutes from some of the area's most loved beaches, including Megansett Beach and Old Silver Beach, both known for their calm water and stunning sunsets. Dining and casual outings are easy, with local favorites like Bucatino, Epic Oyster, and the iconic Chart Room just a short drive away. For everyday treats and quick stops, you're close to Daily Brew, Lazy Sundes, Dunkin' Donuts, as well as coffee shops, ice cream, and classic Cape Cod mini golf.

Another major advantage of North Falmouth is its proximity to the Bourne Bridge, making travel on and off the Cape far easier than many other locations—especially during peak summer months.
