First bedroom includes a full-sized bunk bed with an extra mattress at the bottom, while the second bedroom houses a queen-sized bed. More guests can stay on the couch in the loft area which converts into a pull-out bed. There are washer and dryer in the mudroom on the 1st floor, next to the powder room.
