Welcome to Memories By The Sea.

Recently updated(950sq.ft) adorable 3 bedroom,1 full bath. Our cozy cute Cape home is on one floor. Featuring a master bedroom with queen bed & new 32 inch TV ,guest bedroom with full size bed & New 32 inch TV. Kids room has two twin bunk beds.

Stream along on our new 50 inch flat screen TV.

We have everything you will need including linens,towels and a well stocked kitchen with Keurig, regular coffee maker, blender, waffle maker, Lobster Pot,& all the spices you’ll need for grilling.

We also have a small Ironing Board & Iron
Luggage Stands,Hairdryer,& a Flatiron.

Grab the wagon, beach chairs, kids' toys & umbrella and walk 8 minutes to a private beach in a quiet safe neighborhood. After the beach, rinse off in the rainfall outdoor shower and have fun with yard games.

We have two paddleboards for you to use with lifejackets courtesy with your rental, or bring your kayak and five houses away from ours at the end of the street is the inlet…and off you go to explore Washburn Island. You can see the water right from our driveway.

Enjoy your coffee on the deck or at the breakfast bar and family nights with many games we have to offer. We also have some toys for the little ones.

If you’re looking for some quiet time after the beach, grab a book or cozy up by the fire pit and have some s’mores.

Hot summer nights we need ice cream! Smitty’s Homemade Ice cream-just a few miles away

Take a beautiful boat ride on The Island Queen to Martha’s Vineyard 10 minutes away. Want to shop or see a movie? Mashpee Commons is 10 minutes away. Children’s Museum 5 miles away and Wood Hole Science Aquarium 20 minutes away.Roche Bros,Home Goods, Marshalls & places to eat just 5 miles down the road.

Bad Martha’s Brewery is a couple miles away.

Many restaurants to choose from including our favorites The Raw Bar,ShipWrecked, East End Tap and Conference Table.Take a drive to another favorite of ours, Fisherman’s View (worth the drive) in Sandwich. So many beautiful beaches to visit and things to do in the area. Falmouth Heights is 15 minutes away and has many restaurants & shops to walk around and enjoy.

We are part of a private association. There is no additional fee for the private beach or to use the inlet. This is included in your rental.

    Perfect Summer Getaway

    We stayed Labor Day weekend and it was delightful! House was clean, cozy and beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable, livingroom was bright and cheery, the bathroom was nice and clean and the kitchen was specious. It had everything we needed for beach snack prep and lunches.The beach is an 8 minute walk through the cute neighborhood and had calm water and clean sand we enjoyed watching the boats pass by. The outdoor shower on the property was awsome, we were able to rinse off sand and before heading to a nearby ice cream shop. Lots of other beaches nearby if you want to explore. Restaurants are close, there is nothing like seafood on the Cape!

    We will definitely be staying here again! Can't wait to make more memories at this beautiful location!     show more show less

    Amazing summer Rental

    This property was a gem! Great cottage for friends or a small family. My husband and I, along with our 2 children fit perfectly. It was short walk to a beautiful private beach. Close proximity to shops, restaurants and beaches. House had all the amenities you would need. It was the perfect getaway and we will definitely be going back.

    Best Place to Eat/Drink:
    Falmouth Raw Bar +We used the grill (so convenient)stores are close by to just enjoy the yard.
    Beach down the block was so nice then we went to Old Silver which was 10 minutes and perfect.
    Favorite Memories:
    Lighting the firepit@night and spending an entire day @Old Silver Beach was awesome and we went to Provincetown.
    What an absolute cozy and cute house.It fit our 2 families perfect.The location was truly amazing.We are absolutely coming back.
    BTW my daughter loved the decor!

    Cozy and clean!

    We stayed at this house in July and it was perfect! Everything we needed was there on arrival. The house is clean, stocked well extra linens, pillows, fluffy towels, kitchen supplies and there's a grill in the yard for barbecuing. The beds are comfortable and the shower has great water pressure. The private beach is clean and within walking distance. The owner has the house decorated beautifully which made us feel right at nome!

    We live on the South Shore and have been coming to Seacoast Shores for a few years now.We absolutely love the area especially being able to walk to the private beach with our grandkids. My husband loves to get quahogs right at the end of street and then cook them on the grill.We take our dinghy and go across to have quiet time on many private little beaches on Washburn Island.

    What is special about this property?
    We bought the house in 2022 and completely remodeled the inside including new windows.We added a unique outdoor shower that is a rainfall.My husband is continually updating the outside with more beautiful plants and landscaping.The neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet.Our grandkids love riding their scooters around and being able to walk to the private beach.We are part of Seacoast Shores Association and fully enjoy everything in this quaint neighborhood.
    Our home is a very peaceful-quiet-safe place on Cape Cod.It's so cute and cozy!

    What is special about your town?
    We absolutely love Falmouth.Many beautiful beaches and so close to The Island Queen to get to Martha's Vineyard. Bike Paths and Gardens.Many great restaurants in the area including a Brewery a couple miles away and The Raw Bar with the absolute best Lobster Rolls and Lobster Salad.Shipwrecked a must to eat at,amazing food!Mashpee Commons is only 10 minutes away where you can shop, enjoy a movie or grab a bite to eat.You feel like you're on vacation not being in the hustle and bustle of other towns.
    Falmouth Heights and Woods Hole is about 15-20 minute drive.
