Sleeps 6 with a generous living area and 2 exterior decks. Enjoy the laid back lifestyle of West Falmouth with beaches, bicycling and tennis. Just a few miles to downtown Falmouth.

The layout includes a bedroom and full bath on the main level and two additional bedrooms and another full bath upstairs.

The larger deck faces west so it is perfect for the afternoon sun and amazing sunsets. There is plenty of seating at the table of 6 and also the additional casual seating and loveseat. For the inclement evenings there is also the dining area inside.

2 smart TVs are available in the house, one in the living room and another TV in the bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with newer appliances, for outdoor grilling we have a Weber gas grill.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood off the main road. There are peak waterviews of Buzzards Bay from the upstairs bedrooms.

1 st floor bedroom has a queen bed
The 2 upstairs bedrooms have king beds.
