Our family has rented vacation homes in Cape Cod for over a decade now. This year we finally decided to purchase a vacation home of our own with the hopes of not only making memories with our own children but sharing our home by renting it to other families who love Cape Cod and Falmouth as much as we do. We live outside of Boston and are on cape as much as possible. We will do everything in our power to make your rental experience smooth, enjoyable and positive. After years of renting we hope we can avoid the mistakes we have suffered from as renters in the past! Our goal is to provide such a great experience that you will want to rent from us for years to come. We love the idea of returning renters who will love and cherish our home like we do.

What is special about this property?
Captain's Quarters sits on a beautiful, quiet dead end street with breathtaking views of the salt waters of Bourne Pond on 3 sides. It is a light, airy and open home with lots of natural light and ocean breezes. It is cozy and calm and evokes a relaxed vacation vibe the minute you walk in. The location of our property and the lower Davisville neighborhood is one of our favorite things about the house. It is under a mile and just a short bike ride or walk to several beaches, under a 10 minute drive to the Island Queen which allows you easy access to Martha's Vineyard, 10 minutes to Falmouth Heights with its great restaurants and beaches and a 10 minute drive to Falmouth Center for shopping and dining and entertainment. It is also only 15 minutes to Mashpee commons and under a 10 minute bike ride to the Shining Sea Bikeway. The location allows you to enjoy everything Falmouth and the surrounding areas has to offer!

What is special about your town?
Falmouth has some of the best beaches Cape Cod has to offer. With the warm waters of Vineyard Sound and one of the longest stretches of beaches, there is no shortage of options when it comes to a beach day! And if you're not feeling the beach, the Shining Sea Bikeway is another great activity to see all Falmouth has to offer. Between Woods Hole, North Falmouth, West Falmouth, Falmouth Center, the Heights and East Falmouth - it will take you many vacations to see all there is to see and do in this great coastal town!! There are amazing restaurants from fine dining, to ocean views to casual al fresco fare. There are small shops to explore all over and don't forget the Steamship Authority or the Island Queen that allow you to explore the islands of Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard!!
