Boathouse with dock allows for you to walk to your boat for your ease and enjoyment. Property is on Megansett Harbor and opens up to Buzzards Bay with the Canal to your right and access to Woods Hole and Cuttyhunk to your left.

Large kitchen, ample dining room, and living room. The five second floor Bedrooms are substantial in size with one King, a set of twin beds, one with queen, another with queen and crib, and one with full bed. Towels and linens are not provided, but available from local services for a fee. Tons of games and books to enjoy as you get away from it all or sit at the table in the enclosed porch and catch up on work with your wifi connection.

Home is down the street from public pickle ball courts, tennis courts, basketball, a baseball field, coffee shop, a mini-library, and Shining Sea bike trail.
