Welcome to our house in Falmouth Heights!

The home sits a quarter mile from the Falmouth Harbor and Island Queen Ferry. This ideal location is very convenient as you are in the center of all the action - Falmouth Heights Beach, Falmouth Harbor, Restaurants, shops, and downtown. You are also a short walk to the Black Dog cafe, bike rentals, Shipwrecked restaurant and beach bar, and Paul's Pizza.

Our home is a traditional ranch with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. We have 1 Queen, 1 Double Bed, and 2 single beds. We also have a pull out couch bed which is a double which allows for 10 guests comfortably. We have an updated and fully furnished kitchen with everything you need to host your family. We also have a 65" SmartTV for those movie nights with the family. Lastly, we have a very comfortable seasonal porch which is great for having a family meal with a nice summer breeze.

In our backyard, we have a brand new patio with a dining table, outdoor furniture, and a firepit which makes it a great space to relax after a long beach day. In the backyard we also have an outdoor shower and the yard is fenced in.

For parking we have a long driveway with additional spaces created a few years ago. The driveway usually fits 5-6 cars comfortably.
