My husband and I rented the cottage for a week and had the most incredible stay! The cottage is beautiful and clean, with modern furniture and decor. The AC worked great as it was a super hot week. The outdoor shower and the back yard with the fire pit is updated and wonderful - we took outdoor showers every day and enjoyed the very easy to use gas fire pit at night (no wood needed just turn a key and flip a switch). My family of 4 and our pet Maltese spent 5 delightful days at Jenna's and Eric's lovely home in Falmouth . What impressed us initially was how clean the home was . We loved also the back yard and the outside shower . I'm thinking of adding same to my country cabin in the Adirondacks. Plus the gas fire pit was a nice touch though we didn't use it.

The kitchen was well stocked , had electric stove ( prefer gas ) though the frying pans were worn and non stick pans and a griddle for pancakes would have been nice.

There was sufficient sleeping space ( 3 bedrooms and a pull out couch). Jenna also had beach chairs ( 2) towels and umbrella. We brought more just in case .

Dog was welcome and rental by day was possible. The one thing I object to and this is outside Jenna's control was the greedy 17.5 % local government tax imposed. I know more and more municipalities are doing this to create new revenue streams. BUT, it's a squeeze on hardworking folks and a deterrent to return .

It was fairly close to the beach . What we did was load up the car w beach gear , drive and dump stuff with most passengers down there and someone would drive car back and walk back to beach.

The beach was clean though the tiny stones at water front and slight dip into water made entry a bit challenging for this senior . We tried other beaches ( Old Silver and Sea Crest ) and they didn't have that issue .

Would I rent again ? Absolutely.
