    Over the last 20 years, our family has spent many happy summers vacationing in Falmouth. Our family of 5 (two girls and one boy), have many fond memories of long days on the beach, strolling downtown for ice cream and postcards and taking bike rides on the Shining Sea pathway. It has been a dream of ours to own a home in Falmouth - our happy place - and to be able to share it with those who love the sound of the surf, sand between their toes and long sunny days at the beach. We love to walk around town, whether it is a 5-minute stroll to the Bristol or Heights Beach, or a casual walk to Shipwrecked, The Black Dog Cafe or to the harbor to watch the boats come in and out. If this sounds like you, then you've found your home!

    What is special about this property?
    This is the perfect Cape house! With its size and features, all you need to do is to relax and enjoy a summer vacation or the quiet of an off-season retreat! We love it here because it is within walking distance to the beaches, restaurants, walking trails, the ferry and church. Our cottage reminds us of everything we love about vacations in Falmouth with its whale shutters, charming shiplap walls and outdoor patio for enjoying your favorite Cape beverage.

    Falmouth Heights/Maravista is the quintessential Cape Cod community. It has fantastic beaches, a quaint downtown for shopping and yummy restaurants, the Shining Sea bike trail, lots of kayaking opportunities and Martha's Vineyard only 35 minutes away by ferry.
