Coastal Family Haven: Spacious Retreat Near Old Silver Beach

We were a party of 10 - 5 adults, 3 teens and 2 tweens - and we have been coming to Falmouth since the kids were toddlers. This was one of our favorite stays. The house is beautiful, spacious, with lovely outdoor space and we used every bit of it! We grilled and sat outside in the evening having smores over the fire pit. We made great use of the basement game room playing ping pong. The house is exceptionally well appointed with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms, and more including books and games and cozy blankets. The beds were all comfy. Easy walk to the beach, nice outdoor shower. We had a really memorable, lovely week. Highly recommend. Thank you Cheryl!!!! show more show less

My family and I just got back from a fun and relaxing stay in Falmouth. Our expectations were more than met with Cheryl's house. Everyone in our party, from my older parents to our school aged kids, just loved it. The pictures do not do the house justice. Everything in the home is just gorgeous. The inside is clean, well-appointed and tastefully decorated. There is plenty of room to spread out or gather together. The outside is spectacular - the gardens are straight out of a magazine; very impressive to my gardener mom! We spent most of our days at the private beach, which is a short walk away. There are plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon, which made it so easy! We all just loved the outdoor shower after a day spent at the beach. The bike trail is also a must-do. We rode our bikes about two miles to connect to the trail, although you could also drive. Our family has been coming to Falmouth for over 10 years now, and I think we all agree that this was our most memorable and favorite place to stay. My family and I recently stayed at this beautiful home. The location is perfect with the private beach being a simple 5 minute walk away. I was blown away at how prepared Cheryl was with items that guest need during their stay. She thought of everything including beach supplies, toys for kids, wagon/beach buggy, pack n play, high chair, solo stove with all the accessories and much more. It makes packing for a getaway so much easier. Especially when having young children.

And when you have had enough of the beach, you can relax in the well maintained and beautifully landscaped backyard. It was like a little oasis. I truly cannot recommend this rental enough!

We spent a week at this beautiful home. It was wonderful! Such a short walk to Old Silver Beach. The rental was clean and so comfortable and we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here! It was a great experience dealing with Cheryl. She couldn't have been more accommodating in our needs and very easy to deal with! Can't wait to rent again!
