The kitchen, seamlessly connected to the dining area, boasts updated quartz countertops, making culinary endeavors a joy. There is a convenient half bathroom, thoughtfully positioned near the kitchen with laundry facilities. Venture into the family room, where a cozy gas fireplace (available during the winter) and the second Roku Smart TV await.

Open the sliding door to reveal the enchanting patio, a haven in the backyard. Imagine dining al fresco, firing up the gas grill, and gathering around the flickering gas firepit after a sun-soaked day at the beach. Don't forget the new outdoor shower where you can enjoy some fresh air while you shower.

Upstairs, discover three serene bedrooms. The primary suite features a queen bed, high ceiling with fan, and an en-suite bathroom with a refreshing shower. The third bedroom has two twin beds, perfect for kids to share a room.
