I had such a wonderful experience staying at this beach house. The home was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully set up for a comfortable stay. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy with clear instructions.

The location was perfect for our family—it was close enough to enjoy daily visits but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood that made for peaceful evenings. We loved being able to take a short drive or bike ride to the ocean, then come back to a calm and cozy space.

The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor space was a lovely bonus. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with easy access to the beach and a great place to unwind at the end of the day. I'm already looking forward to returning!

We had the opportunity to stay here in April for our kids spring break, and try what a gem this place is. I really loved being able to walk into town for meals and shopping. The 10 min walk itself was scenic at the beginning of spring; the streets lined with blooming pink magnolia trees. In the opposite direction we could walk right to the beach and we enjoyed walking on the rocks at the jetty with the kids. Location was perfect, and the house was lovely! Lots of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The ping pong table got a ton of use as did the basketball hoop in the driveway. It's a perfect home on the cape-easy to get to from our metrowest location, and once you're there, Falmouth, the beach, shops and even a day trip to the vineyard (which we did) are right at your fingertips. We hope to be back again soon!

Just spent three wonderful nights with six friends from college Class of '75! A perfect place with plenty of bedrooms for all. The living room was comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. This house was immaculate and close to everything, the center of Falmouth and also the shore. Perfect location for walking and shopping. The landlord/owner was wonderful to work with. Always accessible for any questions we had. We will go back again and we highly recommend this for a fun vacation home.

We recently stayed at this property at the end of December and were very pleased with our visit. The house has ample room for a large family, has a well-appointed kitchen, updated bathrooms, and our young adults enjoyed having space of their own in the large basement. Great walking access to Falmouth center and to the ocean. We certainly would rent this house again.

We had a great stay at the house! Very clean, comfortable, close to the beach and close to downtown shops, restaurants, etc. Great having a new washer and dryer in the basement next to the ping pong table!

We had a great time in this amazing house. Beautiful, cozy, comfortable, spacious and clean house. In addition, it is perfectly situated within walking distance to the beach and the lovely town of Falmouth. The owners gave us great tips on what to do / where to eat in the area and we appreciated having access to the beach chairs/bikes/games etc. All the members of the family are unanimous: they want to come back!

We booked this house for a getaway (our first without our kiddos!) for a time to relax & refresh and this house and location allowed us to do just that! It's located in the most charming neighborhood- close to the adorable downtown shops & the beach while still feeling private. The house is clean, cozy, and has everything you could possibly need - bikes, games for the kids, etc. If you're looking for a place to stay with your family, this is the spot! P.s. When you book your stay here, don't miss out on Maison Villatte - a delicious bakery right down the street!

I had an amazing experience renting this property. Check in was super easy and the house was spotless when we got there! It's in a great location, we were able to walk to downtown Falmouth and the beach. It's in a quiet neighborhood and you can feel the sea breeze from the backyard. I definitely recommend staying here!!

My family of 5 stayed at this property and it far exceeded expectations. It was the perfect location. We could easily access the bike path, walk to town center, and walk to beach. It has a great outdoor shower and perfect lawn size for outdoor games while barbecuing. When there was slight rain, kids were easily entertained in the finished basement with lots of games including ping pong while adults could shut door and easily enjoy quiet reading time. Plenty of items in the kitchen and lots of room for various sleeping scenarios.

Great house, near everything. Comfortable and beautifully appointed. We'll be back!

Beautiful Cape home, immaculate and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed our stay in this perfectly situated home, walking distance to the beach and downtown Falmouth. Large eat in kitchen opens to a lovely back yard, private with all the amenities including an outdoor shower. Great place to stay with family or with family and friends. Everything you need is there. Our family of 8 had a wonderful time at the gem in Falmouth. The house is well appointed, stylishly decorated, and can fit tons of people! The beds are comfortable and the outdoor space is lovely, with a grill and outdoor shower and patio. The best part of this spot is its proximity to the beach, the shining sea bike path, and downtown Falmouth. Being able to walk to these prime locations is simply amazing! We cannot wait to return.

I have stayed her numerous times, every time a time to remember. In the most perfect location to accompany anyones interests! Walking distance to the beach, shops, hiking/bike trails, or even the ferry to the islands! Each time I go back there is always something newly renovated or added to the property. Very well kept. It is clear the owners care very much about all who stay here and want each of their guests to enjoy every minute of it! Wouldn't choose to stay anywhere else!

The fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, were all impeccably maintained and provided everything we needed for a truly relaxing stay.

We spent countless hours under the stars gathered around the fire pit roasting marshmallows.

The location itself was perfect, a short walk to the beach, close to local shops and restaurants. We enjoyed long walks on the beach at sunrise, exploring the charming local shops biking at near by trail.

Overall, our beach rental experience was truly exceptional. This home provided the perfect setting for a memorable vacation filled with relaxation, adventure, and unforgettable moments. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a blissful escape to the beach.

We've returned this property annually for years as a family of four, with friends and with extended family. This house is a perfect place to enjoy time together- 5 bedrooms make it possible to rent with another family or in-laws and never feel crowded. The outdoor patio is a comfortable respite after a day exploring or at the beach where you can relax and grill while sitting around the fire-pit to wind down the day. The additional basement space is a kid/teen favorite; they love to play or pop on a movie at the end of the day- allowing the adults a chance to decompress upstairs. The homeowners take great pride in continuing to update the home's furnishings and provide lots of extras in the shed like multiple bikes for guest use and beach chairs. The best part may be the location: walkable to both Falmouth's Main Street and beach, an easy bike to the Shining Sea Bike Trail that leads to Woods Hole (an annual tradition for us that ends with either a ferry to the Vineyard for the day or simply lunch) and a short drive to so many restaurants, activities and shopping you have plenty to do nearby. Every time we leave we look forward to our next visit.

My family and I decided to take off for Falmouth for a week long stay at this beautiful home. It slept all 6 adults and 6 children very comfortably. You are a very short walk to the beach, hike/bike trail and to the most cheery and colorful town of Falmouth.
The house is equipped with everything you need for a long and wonderful stay and was extremely clean & tidy.
The flowers in the area are fantastic and will make your make you want to continue your leisurely walks around town. I would highly recommend renting this house for your next vacation.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying in this super cute cape house to celebrate my husband and son's birthdays. We are a family of 5 and there was plenty of room to spread out. Kids had fun playing ping pong in the basement at night. Everything was really clean, nicely furnished and the beds were comfortable too:) But the best part of staying here is jumping on the bikes and taking a quick ride over to the beach! We also really enjoyed just strolling through town and getting ice cream after a delicious dinner out. We recommend PIer 37 for some really good sushi. Can't wait to stay here again!

This place has it all! Gorgeous spot- walking distance to the beach and to town! Amazing backyard for beautiful summer dinners. We stay every summer and it's our favorite spot! Great for a girls weekend, bachelor parties, and most importantly families.

You can walk to the beach, walk down to restaurants and shops in Falmouth, ride bikes to Woods Hole or stroll along the beach. Perfect. A group of women went for several days. Kitchen has everything for cooking at home. Backyard is perfect for late night glass of wine or early morning coffee. Perfect in every way.
