Newly updated house - walk to beach / Maravista neighborhood

I will admit I never wanted a 'pond' cape house. This is no pond, it's an inlet! Perfect saltwater beach with soft and and gentle waves. Perfect for families or kayak/boat type people. Quiet relaxing beach that's a few houses down. Beds were COMFY. I was also so happy we were close to stores so we could run out and grab whatever we needed. The only problem is i really really want to go back NOW!

Weekend stay for girls get together!
The house was clean and beautifully decorated.
The kitchen had all the necessities and the beds were super comfy!
There was a short walk to the beach at the end of the road. It would be wonderful in warmer weather with the kids.
Shopping and restaurants were very close. There was a plaza with Shaws and Walmart that was about a 15 min walk or 3 minutes car ride.
I am so happy we booked a stay at this location, already planning a week long getaway for spring/summer 2025!

We recently had a great family vacation at this property. They house is charming and super clean with plenty of space for my family of five. We loved the quiet neighborhood and enjoyed walking to the little beach at the end of the dead end street. We even saw a fireworks display in Oak Bluffs from the beach! This is a great area with lots to do. We biked from Falmouth to Woods Hole one day and took the ferry from Falmouth to Oak Bluffs for a fun day trip. A charming comfortable house in a charming neighborhood. And it's a five-minute walk to the beach. Inside it has everything you need. Freshly decorated with care and good taste. A good find I will share with my friends.

I was so happy to find this place very last minute! It was super clean-the house, the linens and towels smelled so fresh, like no one used them before. It is very close to the town center, stores and beaches. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The private little beach at the end of the road was cherry on top, my happy quiet place for a week to have coffee at in the morning. Leah is super nice, very quick to respond to emails, very flexible. Thank you! We had a great time and will be definitely going back in the future. show more show less

We were one of the first rentals in this Falmouth beach house so we weren't sure what to expect. To our pleasant surprise, the house was fully equipped with everything that we needed to have a great trip. The landlords were incredibly helpful. My grandchildren loved the proximity to the lovely little beach at the end of the street. It is a short walk and so easy for kids and adults who like to swim and play with very little hassle. Downtown Falmouth is a very quick car ride. We will definitely stay there again and next time we will bring bikes because the big ocean, restaurants and shops are all so close. The house was very comfortable, very clean and cozy. Overall, highly recommend! show more show less
